QuiQ CRM

Setting up Quiq CRM

Bring in your contacts, shape your pipeline to match how you actually sell, and start working deals.

1. Bring in your existing contacts

If you're moving from a spreadsheet or another tool, import your contacts and leads via CSV under CRM → Contacts → Import. Duplicate detection runs on email and phone, so re-importing the same list twice won't create duplicates.

Tip

No import to do? Skip straight to shaping your pipeline below — QuiQ CRM works from zero contacts, capturing everything fresh from Forms, WhatsApp, meetings, and manual entry.

2. Shape your pipeline

Go to Settings → CRM → Pipeline stages to rename, reorder, or add stages so they match how your team actually sells — this isn't a fixed template. Mark whichever stage(s) mean a deal is genuinely won or lost, since that's what Analytics and Invoices key off of.

3. Capture new leads

A lead can enter the CRM from a Form submission, a WhatsApp conversation, a booked meeting, or manual entry — every path lands on the same kind of Contact record.

4. Work the deal

Move a deal through your pipeline stages as it progresses. Calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, tickets, and meetings for that contact all stay attached to the same record — an agent or rep opening it sees the whole history, not just their own slice of it.

5. Close it out

A deal marked won flows straight into Invoices and Analytics — no export, no re-entry into a second system.
