Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information to create an account. Your organization’s administrators are responsible for managing user access within your QuiQSol workspace, including offboarding users who should no longer have access.

Free trials need no card and never turn into a paid plan by themselves: when a trial ends, the workspace pauses until someone chooses a plan.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period, and the payment method on file is charged the then-current price for the seats on the plan, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Billing settings, and you are not charged again.

Paid plans are billed per seat, monthly or annually, in Naira or US dollars. Payments in both currencies are processed by Paystack. Naira prices exclude Nigerian VAT, which is added at checkout; US dollar prices are charged as shown. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which gives a full refund within 14 days of any payment. Prices, plan features, and seat counts may change; material changes to pricing take effect at your next renewal with advance notice.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features (falling back to Starter-tier limits) or, after continued non-payment, account suspension.

You are responsible for how your organization uses QuiQSol, including every message, campaign, call and file sent or stored through it. You must have a lawful basis, and where the law requires it consent, for the people whose data you put into QuiQSol and for every marketing email, SMS or WhatsApp message you send; tell people when you record calls or meetings where the law requires it; and follow the terms of any platform you connect, such as Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft and Twilio.

You may not use QuiQSol to violate applicable law, infringe others’ intellectual property (see our IPR Complaints process), send unsolicited bulk communications (see our Anti-spam Policy), attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, or interfere with its normal operation.

You retain ownership of the data you submit to QuiQSol ("Customer Data"). We process it only to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement. You are responsible for the legality of the data you upload and the consents underlying it.

QuiQSol and its licensors retain all rights in the Service itself, including its software, design, and trademarks (see our Trademark Policy). These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service. Nothing here transfers ownership of our IP to you.

You may cancel at any time from Billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms, including violations of our Abuse Policy, after reasonable notice where practicable.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuiQSol is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

QuiQSol is not responsible for content your organization or its users create or send, for the consents behind it, or for actions a connected platform such as Meta, LinkedIn or Google takes on your accounts with them, including suspension or rate limits.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud.

Your organization will defend and indemnify QuiQSol against third-party claims, fines and costs that arise from Customer Data, from messages, campaigns or calls your organization sends through QuiQSol, or from your breach of these Terms or of applicable law, including anti-spam, data protection and call recording law.

Features that connect to other platforms depend on those platforms. When you connect one, its own terms apply between you and it, and QuiQSol may change or withdraw a feature if the platform changes or withdraws its service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice (e.g. by email or in-app) before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
