Refund Policy

You can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment for a QuiQSol subscription: a new subscription or a renewal, monthly or annual, Starter or Growth, paid in Naira or in US dollars.

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your workspace. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.

Email billing@quiqsol.com from the email address on your account and tell us which payment you would like refunded.

Refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

If you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge, contact billing@quiqsol.com within 60 days and we refund the charge in full.
