QuiQ Meetings
Setting up Quiq Meetings
Set your availability, create a meeting type, and share a booking page that lands straight in your CRM.
Note
QuiQ Meeting Room — the native video room, recording, transcript, and AI summary — is available on Growth plans and above. Availability, meeting types, and booking pages work on every plan.
1. Set your availability
Go to Meetings → Availability and set your weekly working hours — the days and time ranges you're actually bookable. This is what QuiQSol checks before ever offering a slot to a guest, so keep it accurate to your real calendar. You can add date-specific overrides for holidays or one-off exceptions.
2. Claim your booking handle
Go to Meetings → Profile and set a booking handle (for example, jordan). This becomes part of your public booking link — app.quiqsol.com/book/jordan/discovery-call — so pick something short and permanent.
3. Create a meeting type
Go to Meetings → Meeting Types → New meeting type and fill in:
- Name and duration — what the meeting is called and how long it runs.
- Location — a plain video link, a phone number, an address, or QuiQ Meeting Room (our own native video room, available on Growth plans and above).
- Buffers — time padding before and after, so back-to-back bookings don't run into each other.
- Booking questions — anything you want a guest to answer when they book.
If you chose QuiQ Meeting Room, two more options appear:
- Record this meeting — the host's own join automatically starts a cloud recording; a transcript is generated afterward.
- Email the guest a summary afterward — off by default. When on, once the AI-generated summary and action items are ready, the guest is emailed just that (never the recording file or the raw transcript, and never your internal notes on the deal).
4. Share your booking link
Send guests straight to your booking page instead of a back-and-forth email. When someone books, QuiQSol:
- Creates the Meeting and, if it's a QuiQ Meeting Room type, a real video room.
- Ties the meeting to the right Contact, Lead, Deal, or Ticket where one can be matched.
- Sends the guest a branded confirmation email with a self-service link to reschedule or cancel — no reply-all thread needed on your side.
5. Join the call
At meeting time, open the meeting from your Meetings list and click Join QuiQ Meeting Room. If recording is on, it starts automatically the moment you join. During the call, use the Polls button (bottom-right) to launch a live poll — guests vote from the same panel, and results are visible to everyone on the call in real time.
6. Review afterward
Once the call ends, open the meeting record to find the recording, transcript, AI-generated summary and action items (Growth plans), and the final results of any polls you ran — all on the same record, no separate export.
