Setting up Quiq Social Intelligence
Connect your social accounts, then monitor, reply to, and report on every platform from one place.
Prerequisites
- A Facebook Business Manager account and a verified business, if you're connecting Facebook or Instagram — the two platforms that are fully self-serve today.
- Admin access to the account you're connecting, since the platform's own consent screen asks you to approve the link.
1. Connect your accounts
Go to Social Intelligence → Connections and click Connect under any platform. This is real OAuth — you sign in on the platform's own page. Only platforms marked available on your deployment can connect today; others show why (usually pending API approval) instead of a dead button.
2. See your analytics
Overview aggregates real, historical numbers across every connected account — followers, posts, and engagement — with no estimates filled in for platforms you haven't connected.
3. Drill down when you need to
From Overview, click into a platform, then an account, then Content, then an individual post — each is a real page with its own numbers, not a modal over the same data.
4. Monitor mentions and reply from one inbox
Mentions tracks sentiment on things said about you across platforms. Inbox lets you reply to comments and messages across every connected platform without switching apps.
5. Automate and plan ahead
Conversation Flows automates responses to common inbound messages. Calendar lays out what's scheduled to post and when.
6. Report out
Reports builds a shareable report from your real connected-account data — each one saved as its own Report detail page you can revisit later.
