Setting up Quiq Team Chat
Message a teammate directly or spin up a channel — no setup beyond your team already being in QuiQSol.
1. Open Team Chat
Click the Team Chat button available anywhere in QuiQSol, or go to Team → Channels in the sidebar for the full-page view. There's no connection or configuration step — every teammate already in your workspace can be messaged immediately.
2. Start a conversation
Click New chat. Choose Message someone to start a direct message with any teammate, or New channel to create a named group — pick a channel name and the teammates to add, then click Create channel.
3. Everyday use
Presence dots show who's currently online. Attach files directly in a conversation, and react with emoji the same way as any modern chat tool — all of it logged to the same channel or DM thread for anyone added later to read back.
