QuiQ Automation

Setting up Quiq Automation

Build a journey from a real trigger, chain conditions, actions, and waits, then publish it live.

1. Start from a template or a blank journey

Go to Automation → Workflows. Under Templates, click Use template on anything close to what you need, or switch to My Journeys and create one from scratch by naming it.

2. Set the trigger

Every journey starts with a trigger node — click it to choose what starts the journey (for example, a new lead created, a list joined, or a specific event firing). Nothing enters the journey until this is set.

3. Build the flow

Add nodes to the canvas: Conditions (branch based on real field values, with nested AND/OR logic), Actions (send an email, update a field, notify someone), Waits (pause for a set time or until a date), and Goals (mark a real outcome — a deal won, a survey completed).

4. Publish it

Click Publish. If anything's missing — like an action pointing at a deleted template — QuiQSol lists exactly what to fix before it'll go live, rather than silently activating a broken journey.

Note

A journey does nothing until it's published — building and saving it only stores the design. Nobody enters it until you publish.

5. Watch it run

Each journey card shows real counts: entered, active, waiting, done, and goal reached. Use Pause to stop new entries without losing anyone already partway through, and Resume to pick back up.
