QuiQ Cold Outreach

Setting up Quiq Cold Outreach

Connect a mailbox, check your domain's deliverability, and launch your first sequence.

Prerequisites

  • A Gmail, Microsoft 365, or other mailbox you control, with credentials you're able to connect (OAuth sign-in or SMTP/IMAP).
  • Ideally, a sending domain where you can add or check SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records — bad deliverability sinks a cold sequence faster than anything else.

1. Connect a mailbox

Go to Email accounts → Connect a mailbox. Sign in with Gmail or Microsoft 365 (recommended — no passwords to manage), or connect SMTP/IMAP with your own credentials if you're on another provider.

2. Let it warm up

A newly connected mailbox shows a Warm-up day counter — QuiQSol ramps up sending volume gradually rather than blasting from a brand-new mailbox on day one, which is what gets mailboxes flagged.

3. Check your domain's deliverability

Go to Deliverability, enter your sending domain (or pick one from an already-connected mailbox), and check whether its SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are set up correctly. Fix anything missing before sending real volume.

4. Build a sequence

Go to All sequences → New sequence and add a few email steps. Sequences enroll leads straight from your CRM — no separate contact list to maintain.

5. Verify emails before you send (optional)

Use Verifier to check an email address's validity before it goes into a sequence, and rely on the automatic Do-not-contact list — anyone who's opted out is skipped without you having to scrub lists by hand.

6. Publish and track

Publish the sequence to start enrolling leads, then check Reports for open, reply, and bounce numbers per sequence and per step.
