QuiQ WhatsApp CRM

Setting up Quiq WhatsApp CRM

Connect your WhatsApp Business Account, get a template approved, and start messaging from the same record as everything else.

Prerequisites

  • An existing WhatsApp Business Account and a registered phone number — QuiQSol connects to one you already have, it doesn't provide the number itself.
  • Access to whoever manages that WhatsApp Business Account, since connecting it requires approving the link on Meta's side.

1. Connect your WhatsApp Business Account

Go to Settings → WhatsApp and connect your existing WhatsApp Business Account and phone number. QuiQSol doesn't provide the number itself — you're linking an account you already control.

2. Build and submit a message template

Broadcasts and many automated messages need a Meta-approved template first. Build one with your variables and any media header, and submit it for review without leaving QuiQSol — approval happens on Meta's side, usually within a day or two.

3. Turn on the options that fit how you use it

Also under Settings → WhatsApp:

  • Automatic ticket creation for new conversations, if you want an unanswered WhatsApp thread to become a Help Desk ticket rather than sitting unattended.
  • Post-conversation ratings, if you want a rating request sent automatically when a chat is closed.

4. Message and broadcast

Reply to inbound conversations directly, or send an approved template to a real CRM segment as a broadcast. Opt-out (STOP) and opt-in (START) keywords are handled automatically — you don't need to scrub lists by hand.

5. Everything logs to the Contact automatically

Every WhatsApp message — inbound or outbound — attaches to the same Contact record as that person's emails, tickets, and deals. There's nothing extra to do here; it's the default behavior, not an integration you configure.
