QuiQ Invoices
Create, send, manage, and track professional invoices.
An invoice that looks like your business sent it
Choose Bold, Classic or Minimal and the invoice carries your logo, brand colour, address, RC and TIN, with your thank-you note, terms and a signature. Line items show the full price and each discount on its own row, then subtotal, VAT, WHT and the total in figures and words. The customer page, the A4 PDF, the receipt, estimates, credit notes and the invoice email all share one design, so every copy matches to the kobo.
A Pay button wherever the invoice goes
With online payment on, the invoice page and the email carry a Pay button in your brand colour for the exact balance due, and the PDF carries a clickable Pay link and a Scan to pay QR code. Customers pay by card, transfer or USSD, part payments ask only for what is left, and the invoice marks itself paid.
From the chat to a paid invoice
In a WhatsApp, live chat, email or social conversation, build the invoice from your product catalogue or the customer's WhatsApp order: quantities, prices, discounts, delivery and VAT, with the customer's details pulled from the CRM. The branded link drops into your reply, and when the customer pays, the deal moves to Won on its own.
Get paid straight to your bank
Connect your bank account once and customers pay invoices by card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack. The money settles to your account, never to anyone in between, and QuiQSol marks the invoice paid and emails the receipt.
Paid, overdue, or pending: at a glance
See invoice status across every customer without cross-referencing a separate system.
Billing history, on the account it belongs to
Every invoice ties back to the same account record as the deal that produced it: no separate billing system to reconcile against the CRM.
Why it matters
Invoice status, without cross-referencing a separate system
Paid, overdue, and pending visible across every customer at a glance.
An invoice ties to the same account record as the deal that produced it.
