What is Quiq SMS?

Quiq SMS lets Nigerian businesses send text messages to their customers: payment reminders, offers, order updates and login codes. It works with your QuiQSol customer list, and you pay per message from a prepaid wallet.

How much does it cost to send an SMS in Nigeria with Quiq SMS?

You pay per message from a prepaid wallet, with no monthly SMS fee on pay as you go. Prices depend on the type of message and the total is shown before you send.

What is a sender ID and do I need one?

A sender ID is the name your customers see instead of a number, such as your business name. We register it with MTN, Airtel, Glo and T2 for you. You can send tests while it is being approved.

Can I text customers who are on Do Not Disturb?

Reminders, receipts and login codes reach everyone. Offers and adverts follow the networks’ Do Not Disturb rules, so numbers that opted out of adverts do not receive them.

Can I send messages at night?

Offers and adverts go out between 8am and 8pm. Reminders, receipts and login codes can be sent at any hour.

Do my customers need internet to get the message?

No. SMS works on every mobile phone, with or without data, including basic phones.
