Billing, plans and seats
Change your plan, add or remove seats, pay in Naira or US dollars through Paystack, and what happens when a trial ends.

Open Subscription & Billing from your profile menu. It shows your current plan, your seats and your marketing emails this month. You pay in Naira or US dollars, securely through Paystack.
How is the price calculated?
Seats multiplied by your plan's per-seat price, with a 2-seat minimum. See Choose a plan for prices and what each plan includes.
How do I add or remove seats?
Change the seat count on the Billing page. Every seat costs the same, whether it is your third or your thirtieth. On US dollar plans the difference is charged or credited pro rata straight away.
Is VAT included?
Naira prices are shown before tax, and 7.5% VAT is added at checkout and shown on your estimate, Billing page and receipt. US dollar prices are charged by card with no VAT added.
What happens when my trial ends?
The Billing page shows Trial ended and the workspace opens on Billing until you choose a plan. Your data stays as it was.
How do I cancel?
Click Cancel on the Billing page and confirm. Your subscription stops renewing, so you are not charged again.
Who can manage billing?
People whose role has Settings update permission.
