How we use your data
What QuiQSol collects, how it is used and shared, support access to your workspace, and how AI features handle your data.

Information we collect
Account information you provide directly: name, work email, organization name, and billing details (processed by our payment processor, Paystack; QuiQSol does not store full card numbers).
Workspace people: the account owner, the billing and account contacts an administrator names in Settings, and every invited teammate. For each we hold name, email, phone where given, role, workspace and when they were last active.
Customer Data you or your organization input into QuiQSol to use the Service: contacts, deals, tickets, chat and email content, and related records.
Usage data collected automatically: pages visited, feature interactions, device/browser information, and IP address, used to operate and improve the Service and for security monitoring (see our Cookie Policy for details on cookies specifically).
How we use information
To provide, maintain, and secure the Service; to communicate with you about your account, billing, and product updates; to provide customer support; and, in aggregate/de-identified form, to understand product usage and improve QuiQSol.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your Customer Data to train models or share it with other customers.
Support access to your workspace
To resolve support issues, a small number of authorized QuiQSol operations staff can see a read-only list of a workspace's team: names, emails, roles, status, last activity, two-factor status, who invited each person, and the named contacts. This view does not include your Customer Data such as CRM records or messages. Every view is recorded in an internal audit log showing who viewed which workspace and when.
How we share information
With sub-processors who help us operate the Service (hosting, email/SMS delivery, payments) under contractual data-protection terms. See our Compliance page.
When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of QuiQSol, our users, or the public.
In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to the same protections described here.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Organization admins can export or delete Customer Data directly from QuiQSol; individual data-subject requests can be sent to privacy@quiqsol.com. See our GDPR Compliance page for EU-specific rights.
AI features
QuiQ Intelligence features run only when a user starts one, on the content that feature needs, through Anthropic’s Claude API. Their output is a suggestion for a person to review; QuiQSol makes no decision with legal or similarly significant effect on anyone by automated means alone.
