How long do you keep my data?

For as long as your workspace is active. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

How do I delete a single record?

Delete it and it moves to the Recycle Bin. Click Delete forever there to remove it permanently.

How do I export or delete customer data?

Workspace admins can export or delete Customer Data directly in QuiQSol. A person asking about their own data can write to privacy@quiqsol.com.

What happens when a workspace is deleted?

The workspace owner asks us at privacy@quiqsol.com. We confirm the owner and the workspace, then delete every record in it from our live systems at once. Remaining backup copies expire on our backup provider's rolling schedule.

Where is my data stored?

The application runs in Vercel's Paris region and the database in the European Union. See Compliance and Sub-processors.
