QuiQSol Docs: one home for every guide, the API and admin

Platform. quiqsol.com/docs brings every product guide, the REST API, webhooks, MCP and CLI reference, workspace administration, security and compliance, and this release log into one place. Search every page with Ctrl K or Cmd K, follow the sidebar from first sign-up to roles and billing, and copy any page as Markdown for your own notes or AI assistant. New guides cover Projects, Events, Flow, Analytics, Account Health, the Knowledge Base and Website IQ live chat, and nine new pages explain users, roles, security, the audit log, assignment rules and billing.

QuiQ Space rebuilt: calls that ring straight away, live presence and account rooms

QuiQ Space. Every name in QuiQ Space now shows live presence: online, idle or in a call, updated the moment it changes. Click Call on a person or a chat and their screen rings straight away, with a ring card that says who is calling and which customer it is about. Calls run in a small dock over whatever page you are on, minimise to a pill, and expand to a stage for video and screen sharing. A dropped connection reconnects by itself, and a reload offers Rejoin. Missed calls show Call back, and a finished call in an account room logs to the open deal in one tap. Account rooms now show the customer beside the chat: open deal value, the next deal to close, open tickets, project progress, their latest WhatsApp or email message and the next task due. A one-time Get calls ready check allows your microphone so calls never stop to ask, and Settings, QuiQ Space shows your team's time to ring and time to connect.

Invoices. Invoices and Chat to cash now take payment through the method your customers already use. In Invoice settings, Payment methods, turn on QuiQSol checkout, your own payment link (a Paystack page, Flutterwave, Stripe Payment Link, PayPal.me, Selar or any secure link) and bank transfer details, in any combination. Each invoice can carry its own link, for example one for the exact amount. The link and your bank details appear on the invoice page, the PDF, the email and the WhatsApp message. Customers who pay by link or transfer tap I've paid, you get notified, and Mark as paid with the method and reference sends the receipt and moves the deal to Won.

Branded invoices with a Pay button, and invoices built in the chat

Invoices. Invoices, estimates, credit notes and receipts now carry your logo and brand colour in three templates: Bold, Classic and Minimal. Each shows your RC and TIN, the customer's details, line items with a detail line and every discount on its own row, VAT, WHT, the total in figures and words, your bank details, terms and an optional signature. The customer page, the A4 PDF and the email share one design. With online payment on, a Pay button for the balance due appears on the page and in the email, and the PDF carries a Pay link and a QR code. In WhatsApp, chat, email and social conversations, Create invoice builds the invoice from your product catalogue or the customer's WhatsApp order with quantities, discounts, delivery and VAT, then drops the branded link into your reply. Overdue now starts the day after the due date in your time zone.

Quiq for Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Retention and Contact Centres

Platform. New team pages at quiqsol.com/solutions set out what QuiQSol is worth to each team and the exact products behind it. Quiq for Contact Centres covers one browser desk for WhatsApp messages and calls, website chat and email, with routing, SLAs, AI drafts and per-agent reporting. Quiq for Retention covers Account Health scores per company, Buy again, reorder reminders, credit chasing and forecast against quota. Sales, Customer Service and Marketing each lead with the business case, then the rules behind the numbers, with a worked insurance example on the Sales, Retention and Contact Centres pages. Customer Support is now Customer Service, and its old address redirects.

Simpler sign-up and sign-in, tidier project tabs

Platform. Sign-up fills in your workspace name from your company name, and you sign in with that name. Quiq Projects views are now added and removed from the View menu.

Connect QuiQSol to Claude, ChatGPT and AI agents

Platform. QuiQSol now works inside the AI assistants your team already uses. Add https://api.quiqsol.com/mcp as a connector in Claude or ChatGPT, sign in, and choose what it may do: search and update the CRM, move deals, answer tickets and WhatsApp chats, draft and send invoices, manage project tasks and report on the business. Cursor and other MCP clients connect with an AI agent key, and the open-source @quiqsol/mcp package adds a local MCP server and the quiqsol command line with JSON output for scripts. Agents act with the connecting person's own role permissions, every reply or invoice is shown as a preview for approval before it reaches a customer, and every action is listed in the new API activity log under Settings, Developer Platform.

Daily Sales Pulse

CRM. CRM now opens a Daily Sales Pulse: one day of selling read from your own data. Every WhatsApp, website chat, email and social conversation is counted the same way: new conversations, how many came from an advert, customers who wrote, and how many a person answered after their latest message, against the day before and the last seven days. Unanswered chats are sorted into real customers and system messages, auto-replies, misfires and vendor pitches, so the answered rate reflects genuine conversations. Buying signals, qualified leads and new deals are listed with the one to handle first. Log field visits with who was met, the outcome, the area and a follow-up date, and the pulse tracks unreachable addresses by round and area. One click groups the questions customers kept asking and suggests the fix. Switch between a day, a week, two weeks or a month. Export to PDF or Word, or email it to the people you choose with the PDF attached: each person picks daily, weekly, every two weeks or monthly in Settings, Notifications. The email stays off until you switch it on.

QuiQSol on your phone, with lock-screen alerts

Mobile. Install QuiQSol on iPhone or Android from app.quiqsol.com/install: Android installs in one tap, iPhone gets a short illustrated guide, and a computer shows a QR code that opens the guide on your phone. Every customer message on WhatsApp, website chat, email, Messenger and Instagram now reaches your lock screen with the sender, their photo or initials, and a preview, alongside QuiQ Space messages, mentions, ticket replies, incoming and missed calls, task assignments, bookings, form responses and payments. A burst of messages stacks into one alert per conversation, and tapping it opens that exact chat. Settings, Notifications lists every phone and computer with alerts on, with a test button and its own choice of alert types for each one.

See the exact ad every chat came from

WhatsApp CRM. A chat that starts from a Click-to-WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram ad now opens with a Came from this ad card: the ad image, or the video thumbnail with a play button that opens the ad, the headline, the full ad text and the platform. The image is saved to your workspace, so it stays visible after Meta retires the link. The same card sits at the top of the Help Desk ticket and on the contact or lead Source panel, and the Sources report groups leads by ad with its picture. Campaign and ad set names appear as soon as Meta shares them with your workspace.

Named billing and account contacts

Platform. Workspaces that sign up with a shared inbox such as info@ or support@ now name one or two people during setup, so billing, renewal and service notices always reach a person while your login stays safe when staff change. Every workspace can add a primary and a secondary contact, each marked for billing, account ownership or technical matters, under Settings, Company Settings. QuiQSol news and offers by email now need your own yes: the box at sign-up and when accepting an invite is never pre-ticked, you can switch it off in Settings, Security, and unsubscribing from any QuiQSol email withdraws it everywhere.

Fun avatars for your profile

Workspace. No photo? Pick one of 24 fun avatars instead: playful faces, animals and food, including Jollof, Puff-Puff, Dodo, Ata Rodo, Zobo and Ijapa the tortoise. Open your account panel and choose Pick a fun avatar, or hit Shuffle and let QuiQSol choose. Your picture now appears on Space messages, CRM owners, Projects tasks and Help Desk replies, and updates for every teammate the moment you change it. New teammates get a one-time nudge to pick theirs.

Project emails for assignments and new members

Projects. Assigning a task now emails the person straight away with the project, the task, who assigned it, the due date and a button that opens the task. Anyone added to a project, as its owner or a member, is told by email, in the app and on their phone. Starting a project from a template or duplicating one sends each person a single summary of the tasks they were given instead of one email per task. Each person can switch either email off under Settings, Notifications.

Forms tightening

Forms. A field that only shows for certain answers no longer blocks the form when it stays hidden, so visitors are never asked to fill in something they cannot see. Phone numbers are checked, and the builder explains clearly what is missing instead of showing a technical message. Searching forms or submissions with symbols no longer errors, a visitor on a shared office connection can submit several forms without being blocked, and typing in a form no longer uses up their submission allowance.

Help Desk tightening

Help Desk. A ticket merged into another stays closed instead of being reopened by mistake, with a pointer to continue on the main ticket. Business hours now check the time zone and opening and closing times before saving, so a typo can no longer break your SLA deadlines. Creating a ticket or a payment request from a chat now tells you exactly what is missing.

A new Content Calendar and Social Inbox

Social Intelligence. The Content Calendar now has month, week, day and list views, with every post shown as a card with its image, accounts and status. Drag a draft or scheduled post to a new day or hour to reschedule it, click any open slot to start a post at that time, filter by account, platform or status, and see your best posting times highlighted from your own results. Create post names each Page and account, shows a live preview and says exactly what will happen before you publish. The Social Inbox is now three panes: a live queue filtered by open or done, mine, unassigned, unread, priority and Page; the thread in Messenger, Instagram, comment or review style; and the customer with their CRM record, deals and tickets. Assign conversations, mark them done, add internal notes only your team sees, reply with saved replies, and move around with keyboard shortcuts.

Pay for QuiQSol in US dollars

Platform. Choose Naira or US dollars on your Billing page. US dollar plans are $19 per seat a month on Starter and $25 on Growth, charged by card through Paystack with no VAT added, and annual billing still gives you one month free. The page opens in the currency that fits your country, and you can switch currency at any time: the new plan starts as soon as it is paid and the old one ends then, so you are never billed twice.

WhatsApp contact imports, templates and broadcasts tightened

WhatsApp CRM. Importing WhatsApp contacts now accepts local numbers such as 0803 123 4567 before you connect a number, matches people already in your CRM however their number was typed, keeps anyone who replied STOP opted out, and makes you the owner of new contacts. Template names are formatted the way Meta requires, placeholders must run in order from {{1}}, and duplicate names are flagged before submission. Templates go to Meta and broadcasts send only once your number is connected, so no customer thread fills with undelivered messages. The phone format setting shows your country code from your currency.

Cleaner contacts: duplicate warnings and complete merges

CRM. Adding a contact with an email already in your CRM now tells you who has it, so you can open that record or save a new one anyway. Merging two contacts moves their notes, tasks and calls too, fills any blank details from the other record, and removes the merged copy from every list. Old links open the contact it was merged into.

Converted leads keep their company

CRM. Converting a lead now creates or reuses the account for its company and links both the new contact and the deal to it, and an email opt-out carries over. Local numbers like 0803 123 4567 are saved in international format from day one, even before WhatsApp is connected, and every account, including imported ones, gets a Customer ID.

Your CRM results, sent to LinkedIn Ads and Zapier

CRM. Connect your LinkedIn ad account under CRM, LinkedIn Ads and choose which LinkedIn conversion each CRM moment counts as: new lead, qualified lead, won deal with its value, or form response. LinkedIn then optimises your campaigns on real pipeline results and reports cost per qualified lead. People are matched by hashed email and LinkedIn ad click, each event is sent once, failed sends retry automatically, and every event is logged. Sending stays off until you turn it on. The new QuiQSol app on Zapier sends the same moments to thousands of tools and creates leads and contacts from them.

LinkedIn Lead Gen, built into the CRM

CRM. Connect your LinkedIn ad account under CRM, Leads, LinkedIn Lead Gen, choose the lead forms to sync, and map each question to a CRM field, a new custom field or Full name. Every response then becomes a lead within minutes, matched by email so nobody is added twice, with the campaign and form shown in Sources. Import the last 90 days in one click. Connecting opens the day LinkedIn approves QuiQSol's Lead Sync access.

Chat to cash in Help Desk

Help Desk. Close the sale where the customer asked for help. Click Sell in any Help Desk conversation (live chat, WhatsApp, email, Facebook or Instagram) or use the Sale section on a ticket to start a deal and send a payment link in one step. The link drops into your reply, payment lands in the bank account you connected under Invoices, Get paid online, and the deal moves to Won on its own. Social messages link to a customer, existing or new, in a couple of clicks.

Add a field right from a lead or contact

CRM. Need to capture something new, like Budget or Referral source? Click + Add a field on any lead or contact form, name it, pick a type (text, number, date, yes/no or dropdown) and fill it in straight away. Anyone with CRM access can add fields, no Settings access needed, and every value shows on the record's details.

Reorder reminders and credit chasing

CRM. Two new ways to bring money in without chasing by hand, both off until you switch them on. Reorder reminders message the customers Buy again says are due this season, due by habit or gone quiet, by WhatsApp template or email. Credit chasing, in Invoices settings, sends each customer who owes you one message with the balance still due across their overdue invoices, part payments included, and a link to pay, on the schedule you set. Both respect quiet hours and weekends, show a preview of exactly who gets what before anything goes out, let you take any customer out with one click, and log every reminder on the customer timeline.

New leads count on your home page

CRM. Your home page now shows how many leads arrived in the last 7 days, right beside New contacts. Click it to open your Leads.

Ask Quiq now talks you through it

Ask Quiq. Ask Quiq is now a conversation. Say hello, describe what you are trying to do or what is not working, and it asks a quick question when it needs more detail, then walks you through the fix step by step from the Help Centre guides. Every answer links to the exact guide section and offers to open the right page in the app, and follow-up questions keep the context.

Meeting emails show the time in your own time zone

Meetings. Booking, reminder, reschedule and cancellation emails now show each meeting in the reader's own time zone, with the zone named, for example 9:00 AM WAT (Lagos time). Hosts read their own local time and guests read theirs, correct across daylight saving changes.

New Lead, one click from home

CRM. Add a lead straight from your home page and from CRM Home, right beside New contact. It opens the same lead form as the Leads page.

Email each respondent after they submit

Forms. Every form can now send its own email to the person who just submitted: webinar details, a personal set-up guide, next steps. Write the subject and message in Settings, personalise it with their answers ({{firstName}} or any question), and send yourself a test first. It goes out once per response with your workspace branding and footer, and stays off until you turn it on.

Tax as a percentage, plus withholding tax

Invoices. Set VAT or any tax as a rate (for example 7.5%) and it is added on top of the amount after discounts. Add an optional WHT rate and it comes off what the customer pays. Every invoice, estimate, recurring schedule, PDF, customer link and email shows the full breakdown, and Invoices settings hold your default rates.

Edit sent invoices and estimates

Invoices. Prices change after a conversation. A sent invoice or estimate can now be edited, with every change kept in its edit history: what changed, who changed it, the total before and after, and an optional reason. You choose whether the customer gets the updated version by email. A fully paid invoice stays locked, and an edited estimate that was already accepted goes back to the customer to accept again.

Part payments made clear

Invoices. Each sent invoice shows the total, what has been paid and the balance due, with a progress bar. Record payment takes the amount, method, date received and a note, and tells you what will still be owed. Reminders continue on the remaining balance and show what has been paid so far, an overdue part-paid invoice now counts as overdue, and you can send a reminder for the balance in one click. Settings can keep reminding every few days until an invoice is paid.

Find any customer when billing

Invoices. The Bill to search on invoices, estimates, recurring schedules and credit notes now finds your invoicing customers and your CRM contacts together, by name, email or phone. A contact you bill is saved as a customer automatically, and a name and email typed by hand is saved too, so the next search finds them.

A reports page built for collecting money

Invoices. Reports now show invoiced, collected, outstanding and overdue for the period you pick, your collection rate, average days to get paid, tax charged and WHT withheld. The ageing summary explains itself and opens the invoices in each group, alongside a monthly invoiced vs collected chart, the customers who owe you most and recent payments.

Roomier line items

Invoices. Line item descriptions are a full-width box that grows as you type, with quantity, price, discount and amount underneath, on invoices, estimates and recurring schedules.

Edit the line under your form's title

Forms. The short line under a form's title can now be changed right under the form name in the builder. Leave it empty to show only the title.

Map any question to the CRM, even one with no field yet

Forms. In a form's CRM Mapping, every question now has a place to go. Choose Create a new CRM field and the question becomes a field on your Leads, Contacts or Companies, named as you like, and each answer is saved there. Your existing custom fields are in the list too, and Full name fills the first and last name from one answer. Custom field values now show in Details on the lead and in More details on the contact.

A full guide for every product

Help Centre. The Help Centre now walks through every product step by step with screenshots: getting started, WhatsApp CRM, website forms, CRM, Marketing, Help Desk, Automation, Invoices, Forms, Cold Outreach, Social Intelligence and QuiQ Space. The social post composer now names every platform you can publish to: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X.

The Verifier catches domains that accept no email

Cold Outreach. A domain can publish a record that says it accepts no email at all. The Verifier now marks addresses on those domains invalid, so they never reach a sequence and cost you a bounce. The Help Centre now has full guides for Quiq Forms and Quiq Cold Outreach: building and branding forms, sending responses to the CRM, sharing them on your site, and setting up a sending domain, warming up mailboxes, writing sequences and working replies.

Amounts in your currency, everywhere in Invoices

Invoices. Invoices, estimates, credit notes, reports, the customer pages and the invoice and estimate your customer opens now show money as ₦135,000 in your workspace currency, never a dollar sign or NGN 135000.00. Line items ask for a unit price and a discount as a percentage or an amount. Automation: a journey card opens when you click its name, and changing a journey's trigger shows on the canvas straight away. The Help Centre now has full guides for Quiq Automation and Quiq Invoices, including connecting the bank account your customers pay into.

Customer replies always reach the ticket

Help Desk. When a customer replies to an acknowledgement, an agent reply or a resolution email, the reply now comes straight back to your workspace and lands on the same ticket, by the ticket number in the subject. It goes through your connected support mailbox when you have one, or your forwarding address otherwise. The Help Centre now has full guides for Quiq CRM, Quiq Marketing and Quiq Help Desk, with screenshots of every step.

One code for chat and website forms

Website IQ. The chat code in Website IQ, Settings now also carries the Website forms line, so one paste on your site covers both, and Settings shows whether Website forms is on with a link to set it up. The Help Centre guide now shows exactly where to paste it on WordPress (with the free WPCode plugin), on a site you or your developer coded, and on Wix, Webflow, Shopify and Squarespace.

Your website forms, straight into your CRM

Website IQ. Keep the contact, quote and booking forms you already have on WordPress, Wix, Webflow or Shopify. Turn on Website IQ, Website forms, add one line to your site, and every submission arrives in QuiQSol. Anyone who leaves an email address (Gmail and Yahoo included) or a phone number becomes a lead, or updates the lead or contact who already has it, with names and phone read from your own form labels. The lead shows what they wrote and the page and ad that brought them. Each form found on your site has its own on and off switch, and sign-in forms and password, card and PIN fields are never read.

Forms that look like part of your website

Forms. New forms start in the Website style: one clean light card, a centred title, taller rounded fields and a full-width button in your colour. Embedded on your site, the form sits on your page with no box around it and grows to fit its questions, so there is never a scrollbar or empty space. Pick it for any existing form under Theme, Layout: Website, then copy the embed code again from Share.

WhatsApp setup guide with every Meta screen

WhatsApp CRM. The WhatsApp CRM guide in the Help Centre now walks through the whole connection with screenshots of each Meta screen: creating the app, registering your number, adding a payment method, the permanent access token, the App Secret and the webhook, then the inbox, selling from a chat, templates, broadcasts, chat settings, routing and analytics. WhatsApp Settings links straight to it. New workspaces now open with two sample WhatsApp chats, and the chat header keeps the phone number and broadcast status on one line on laptop screens.

A new Help Centre with step-by-step screenshots

Help Centre. One Help Centre now holds every guide, with a search box that finds the exact step you need. It starts with Getting started with your QuiQSol workspace: sign-up, the setup wizard, finding your way around, company details, inviting your team and choosing roles, two-factor sign-in, notifications, and your trial and billing, each step with a screenshot. New workspaces created with a Nigerian phone number now start in Naira and Lagos time, and Talk with Us and Community in your profile menu now reach the QuiQSol team directly.

Deal autopilot, chat to cash and a new CRM Home

CRM. Deals now move through your pipeline by themselves: a meeting booked, a call logged or the customer replying moves a deal to Qualified, a quote sent moves it to Proposal, a quote accepted or an invoice sent to Negotiation, and a live contract or full payment to Won. Deals never move backwards or to Lost on their own, every move shows on the timeline with its reason, and you choose what moves each stage in Settings, Pipelines. From any WhatsApp chat you can start a deal and send a payment link; when the customer pays online, the deal is Won. CRM Home now opens on your day ranked by money at stake, and the new Billing page shows what each customer has paid and still owes.

Competitor insights you can act on

Social Intelligence. Competitors now shows far more than followers. For every tracked Instagram account you see how often they post against you, which formats (Reels, carousels, photos) earn them the most engagement, the day and time their posts do best, their top three posts with links, and the hashtags they lean on. A short "What this means for you" list turns it into next steps, such as posting in their best slot or closing a gap in Reels.

Invoices on the customer record

CRM. Invoices from Quiq Invoices now show up in the CRM. An invoice billed to someone already in your CRM joins their record by email, the customer timeline shows when each invoice was sent and when each payment came in, and the customer panel adds what they have been invoiced, what they have paid and what is still outstanding, for anyone allowed to see invoices.

Plans now start from 2 seats

Pricing. Starter and Growth now start at 2 seats instead of 3, so a founder and one teammate can run the whole business on QuiQSol for less. New workspaces start their free trial with 2 seats, and you can add seats in Billing whenever your team grows. Partners and contractors still join QuiQ Space as free guests.

Social insights you can act on

Social Intelligence. Significant events now speak plainly: follower growth and posts that take off are marked as good news, drops and negative mentions are marked for a look, and every event says what to do next. Follower events only fire for real movement, at least 10 people and 1% of your audience, so a handful of follows no longer raises an alert. "Worst content" is now "Lowest engagement", compares only posts that are not already your top performers, and waits until you have enough posts to compare.

Search and the home dashboard follow each person's role

Security. The search bar now only returns the records a person's role can open: contacts, leads, deals and accounts for people with CRM access, tickets for people with Help Desk access, and nothing for guests from outside your company. The home dashboard shows pipeline value and ticket counts only to people who can see those products. Searches with symbols such as brackets now work as plain text.

WhatsApp CRM launch review: tighter security and clean naira amounts

WhatsApp CRM. Every message and call Meta delivers to QuiQSol is now checked against the signature of the exact workspace it belongs to, so no workspace can ever place messages in another workspace's inbox. WhatsApp calls, their notes and call permission requests now follow each person's WhatsApp role, and the webhook verify token is shown only to people who manage WhatsApp. Money across WhatsApp analytics, the catalog, CRM, Projects, QuiQ Space and payment pages now shows the naira sign, for example ₦125,000, instead of NGN.

A new QuiQSol app icon

QuiQSol. QuiQSol has a new icon: a bold Q in QuiQSol green with a black corner. You will see it in your browser tab, beside the QuiQSol name in the app and on quiqsol.com, and as the app icon on phones and computers. If you installed QuiQSol, the icon refreshes the next time the app updates, or remove and add it again to see it straight away.

Ask Quiq, Learn and Quiq Break

QuiQSol. Ask Quiq sits in the top bar of every product: ask how to set up or do anything on QuiQSol and it shows the matching steps from our setup guides instantly, favouring the product you are in, with a tailored step-by-step answer one click away. Learn sits under Feedback on the right edge: short product videos in a full-screen player and quick reads for every product. Quiq Break, the gamepad in the top bar, is a one-minute bike ride with a weekly leaderboard for your workspace, for when you need a breather: it speeds up as you go, coins in a row build a combo, power-ups (shield, turbo, magnet, double points, extra time) help, and cones, logs and puddles get in your way. Also new: opening a meeting link while signed in to your workspace takes you straight into the room as yourself, never as a guest waiting for the host, and booking and event pages now show clear field outlines in light mode.

Edit a pasted HTML email right on the preview

Quiq Marketing. The Custom HTML editor now has a Visual view. Paste or import a finished HTML email, then click any text to edit it in place, click an image to replace it from your Media Library or a new upload, and click a link or button to change its address, label and colours, with Outlook's button code kept in step. Move, duplicate or delete whole sections, recolour text, buttons and section backgrounds, and undo or redo any change. Every edit writes straight back to the HTML, so the Code view always matches. Each paste runs an email check for scripts, forms, external stylesheets, missing alt text, images without a width, broken image links, unknown merge tags, a missing preheader and Gmail's 102 KB clipping limit, with one-click fixes where they are safe. Preview on desktop or a 375px phone, insert merge tags such as First name where your cursor is, and send yourself a test without leaving the editor. Full HTML documents now send exactly as written, with their own styles, and the footer sits centred under your email.

Quiq Meetings. Every video tile now keeps the true shape of that person's camera, so phones appear as full portrait frames beside laptops instead of being cropped, and the gallery balances 2, 3, 4 or more people to give every face a fair share of the screen. On a phone, a one-to-one call shows the other person full screen with your own camera floating in a corner you can drag, plus a button to flip to the back camera. Virtual backgrounds work again on every photo and colour, with light and strong blur, 8 new professional backgrounds and your own uploads, remembered for your next call. Guests now see their camera and a microphone level before joining and can join muted. Guests can rejoin a meeting as often as they need, even many people on one office network, and a meeting's waiting room can no longer be skipped. Finished or cancelled meetings can now be deleted from the meeting details.

A new Marketing dashboard, live countdown timers and the Signature template collection

Quiq Marketing. The Marketing dashboard is rebuilt around what matters: a deliverability score with every point explained, your last campaign with a full preview, unique opens and clicks, audience growth and delivery, all on one date range. Opens and clicks now count people rather than repeat opens, so rates never pass 100%. The Countdown block is now a live timer that ticks inside Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail. Sections take a background colour or image for bold colour-blocked designs, Gallery images take any height, and you can click any block to add it or use the plus between blocks. The template gallery opens with 19 new Signature templates for holidays, Black Friday, events and newsletters, and every card scrolls through the full design when you hover. Integrations now lists every Quiq Flow app, AI and messaging included, and opens each one directly in Flow.

Marketing email allowances for trials and automations

Quiq Marketing. Free trials now include 1,000 marketing emails a month, so you can test real campaigns before subscribing, and Growth includes 150,000 a month. Automation emails now count toward the same monthly allowance and pause with campaigns if bounces or spam complaints climb, so one list can never put your email reputation at risk.

Marketing launch review: safer sending and stricter access

Quiq Marketing. Every campaign and automation email now ends with your company name, your business postal address and an Unsubscribe link, with one-click unsubscribe for Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook. Add the address once in Marketing, Settings; campaigns wait for it, as email law requires. Automations never email someone who unsubscribed, bounced or complained. The unsubscribe link now asks before it acts, so email security scanners can no longer unsubscribe people by accident. Marketing and automation screens follow each person’s role, test emails are limited to 20 an hour per workspace, and open and click tracking only ever counts your own contacts.

Four ringtones, ringback for the caller, and spoken call outcomes

QuiQ Space. Choose how calls ring on your device in Settings, Notifications: Pulse, Drift, Groove or Glow. When you call someone in QuiQ Space or call a customer on WhatsApp, you now hear a soft ringback until they pick up. If nobody joins within 45 seconds, a voice says No answer and the call ends. If someone declines, a voice tells you they are not available to join this call at the moment, and a call where everyone declined ends by itself.

Flow templates, failure alerts, versions and a clearer run view

Quiq Flow. Start a flow from five ready-made templates, from a form lead follow-up to an urgent-ticket Slack alert. When a run fails, the person who built the flow gets an alert (at most one every 30 minutes), and a flow that fails 5 times in a row pauses itself until you fix it and press Resume. Versions lists every publish and takes you back to an earlier one in one click. Runs now show each step in order, what it had to work with, what it produced and how long it took.

Periods, revenue by source, team performance and a Monday email

Quiq Analytics. Pick 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 12 months and every figure shows its change against the period before. Where revenue comes from follows the people who arrived by channel to the customers they became, what they won and what they paid. Team performance shows each person’s tickets resolved, first reply, time to resolve, on-time rate, rating and deals won; people with own-only access see their own row. Turn on the Monday summary to get your last 7 days by email at 8:00.

Webhook flows you can actually call, and safer outbound requests

Quiq Flow. A flow with a webhook trigger now shows its full address and its secret in the editor, with copy buttons and Make a new secret. Send JSON with the secret in the X-Quiq-Flow-Token header, or sign the body with HMAC-SHA256 in X-Quiq-Flow-Signature; a body that is not JSON gets a clear error. HTTP requests, loops, custom connectors and Slack webhooks in flows now check where every address really leads, including after redirects, and never pass your credentials on to another site.

Analytics in your currency and time zone, live

Quiq Analytics. Analytics now shows money in your workspace currency instead of dollars, counts days and months in your time zone, shows every one of the last 14 days and 12 months (quiet ones as zero), updates by itself when tickets, deals or chats change, explains a failed load instead of leaving blank tiles, and draws its charts in both light and dark themes.

Chat filters, New messages line and Message info

QuiQ Space. The QuiQ Space chat list has filters: All, Unread (with a count), Channels, Chats and Clients. Opening a chat with unread messages shows a New messages line above the first one you missed, and it stays put while you read. Message info, from a message’s More menu or by clicking Seen under your latest message, shows who read it and exactly when, who it reached, and who has not opened QuiQSol since. The More reactions picker now closes when you move away from the message or press Escape.

The QuiQSol ringtone, Decline for WhatsApp calls, and protected Administrator profiles

QuiQ Space. QuiQ Space and WhatsApp calls now ring with the QuiQSol ringtone, a bright three-note signature that is loud and clear, so you know it is QuiQSol before you look. Play it from Settings, Notifications. An incoming WhatsApp call now has Decline instead of Not now: it ends the call for the caller, stops the ringing on every screen and device, and logs it as declined in the chat. While a call is still ringing, its line in the chat has an Answer button. Ringing alerts on phones and computers clear by themselves once the call is answered, declined or missed. Administrator profiles are now changed only by that Administrator, so nobody else with access to Users can edit their name, title, department, manager or profile card.

Titles, departments and profile cards from Settings, Users

QuiQ Space. Settings, Users now has a Title column and a Department you can pick or create on the spot, and a Profile action that opens anyone’s profile card to fill in their phone, LinkedIn, time zone and working hours. People can still edit their own. Profile cards now show the person’s department, role and who they report to. In QuiQ Space, every name opens the card: message authors, mentions, thread replies, pinned messages, the people list and a direct message header.

Profile cards and away emails

QuiQ Space. Click anyone in QuiQ Space to see their profile card: job title, department, status, when they were last active, their working hours and whether they are in them, their local time against yours, email, phone and LinkedIn, with Message, Call and Video buttons. Fill in your own from the card or from Your account. In Settings, Notifications you can turn on away emails: when you have been away for 30 minutes to 4 hours, QuiQSol emails you the direct messages, mentions, thread replies and approval requests you missed, with a link back to each, at most every two hours and never for anything you already read. Away emails are off until you turn them on.

Account channels with tabs, and Quiq Projects in QuiQ Space

QuiQ Space. Link a channel to a CRM account, or open one from the QuiQ Space channel button on any account page, and it gets tabs beside the chat: Deals with open pipeline and won value, Tickets from the account contacts, Projects with progress, overdue tasks and what is due next, Files, and Invoices with what is outstanding. Each tab shows only what your role can see, and updates live. Feeds in an account channel carry only that client: its won deals, urgent tickets, paid invoices and project updates. Projects now connect to every chat: Add to a project turns a message into a Quiq Projects task with a link back, project links show as live cards with progress, and two new feeds post when a project task is done or goes overdue, for all projects or the one you follow.

Calls open right where you are

QuiQ Space. A QuiQ Space call now opens in place, over the page you are on, instead of loading a Quiq Meetings room. An audio call starts with your camera off; turn it on when you want. Minimise the call to a small bar to keep working in QuiQSol, with mute, return and hang up, and hanging up closes it straight away. Answering an incoming call works the same way. The installed QuiQSol app also has a new icon on a tile, so it sits cleanly in your dock.

Approvals in chat, and people in every chat header

QuiQ Space. Ask for a discount, an expense or time off from the stamp button next to the message box, and choose who approves it. They get an alert and approve or decline with one tap on the card in the chat; the first decision counts. An approved discount is noted on the deal, approved time off shows as On leave beside your name for those days, and Approvals at the top of QuiQ Space lists what is waiting on you and what you asked for. Admins see every request and export them as a spreadsheet. The people button in each chat header shows who is in it: add people, message someone, remove people (whoever made the channel and workspace admins) or leave, and the chat notes who was added or removed. Adding people to a direct message starts a new private group.

QuiQ Space. Messages now take formatting: bold, italic, strikethrough, inline code and code blocks, bulleted and numbered lists, and quotes, with a formatting bar above the message box. A web link shows a preview card with the page title, description and image. Every message has a More menu: Forward it to another chat with a note, Save it, or Remind me in 20 minutes, 1 hour, 3 hours or tomorrow at 9:00, and QuiQSol alerts you then with a link back to the message. Saved, at the top of QuiQ Space, lists everything you saved and its reminders.

Activity, direct message alerts, mute and quiet hours

QuiQ Space. A direct message now alerts the person you sent it to, in the app and as a push alert; a burst of messages alerts once, and opening the chat clears it. Every chat has a bell in its header: All messages, Mentions only (the default for channels) or Muted, which hides its unread badge. Activity, at the top of QuiQ Space, lists your mentions, thread replies, direct messages and reactions to your messages in one place. In Settings, Notifications you can set quiet hours, when push alerts stay silent; calls still ring.

Channel feeds: wins, leads and urgent tickets, posted where your team talks

QuiQ Space. In a channel's settings, choose the business events it receives: Deal won (with an optional minimum amount), New lead, New lead from an ad, Urgent or high-priority ticket, Invoice paid (with an optional minimum), Form submitted and Meeting booked. Each one posts as a QuiQSol card with the live record, so #wins celebrates the moment a deal closes and #sales sees every lead from your ads. Feeds carry customer details, so they never post into a channel with guests.

Install QuiQSol and get push alerts, even when it is closed

QuiQSol. Settings, Notifications now has QuiQSol on this device. Install QuiQSol on your phone or computer so it opens in its own window from your home screen or dock, and turn on push alerts: mentions, thread replies, assignments and other alerts, and incoming QuiQ Space and WhatsApp calls, reach you even when QuiQSol is closed. Tapping an alert opens the right chat, ticket or record. On iPhone, add QuiQSol to the Home Screen first. In QuiQ Space, channel admins can now turn on Call recaps: calls in that channel are recorded and a QuiQ Intelligence summary with action items is posted to the channel afterwards. It is off until someone turns it on.

A new home for QuiQ Space

QuiQ Space. The QuiQ Space page now shows the whole workspace: a live demo of a channel where a deal card updates, a thread grows, a voice note plays and a call rings in; the four parts of the workspace (Talk, Meet, Work, Run it); and how it compares with keeping team chat in a separate app.

Get paid straight to your bank, and safer recurring invoices

Quiq Invoices. Invoices, Settings now has Get paid online: choose your bank, enter your account number, confirm the account name, and customers can pay NGN invoices and paid event tickets online by card, bank transfer or USSD, with the money settling to your own account. QuiQSol takes nothing; Paystack deducts its fee. Until an account is connected, customers see your payment instructions. Recurring invoices now apply per-line discounts and can never send the same period twice. A recorded payment can no longer exceed what is owed, a payment confirmed twice is recorded once, and Run now and Send reminders now only touch your own workspace.

Sources: exactly where every contact and lead came from, down to the ad

Quiq CRM. Every new contact and lead now records its source in full: the channel (WhatsApp chat, website chat, web form, landing page, API), the platform (Instagram, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, ChatGPT and other AI assistants, search engines, referring sites), whether it was a paid ad, the ad platform (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads), and the campaign, ad set and ad. Click-to-WhatsApp ads name the ad on the first message automatically, and ad clicks from Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Microsoft are recognised on their own. CRM, Sources shows contacts and leads by channel, platform and ad, with leads converted, deals won and revenue, so you can see which of several running ads brings buyers. Track your ads gives copy-and-paste settings for each ad platform. Contact and lead pages show a Source card, and the Source column shows it in every list. The form embed code now passes the ad details of your page to the form.

Guests in QuiQ Space: work with clients and contractors in one shared channel

QuiQ Space. Admins can allow guests in Settings, QuiQ Space (off by default). The person who made a channel, or an admin, then invites someone from outside the company from the channel settings. Guests sign in to a QuiQ Space that shows only the channels they were invited to; everything else in QuiQSol, including the CRM, tickets, files from other chats and the teammates directory, stays closed to them. Guests are marked in the chat, never take a paid seat, and removing a guest from their last channel signs them out everywhere.

QuiQ Space: messages to tasks and tickets, Catch me up, admin controls

QuiQ Space. Hover any message to make it a CRM task (with assignee, priority and due date) or open a Help Desk ticket from it; the thread notes what was created and the ticket shows as a live card. Catch me up, the sparkle in the chat header, has QuiQ Intelligence summarise what you missed since your first unread message, with key points and who agreed to do what; it runs only when you click. Admins choose who can create channels, how long messages are kept (off by default) and can export any channel as a spreadsheet from Settings, QuiQ Space. Direct messages are never exported.

QuiQ Space: voice notes, files tab, scheduled messages, teams, announcements and status

QuiQ Space. Record a voice note right in the message box and teammates play it in the chat, with speed control. Every chat now has a Files tab with documents, images and voice notes. Schedule a message for later from the clock beside Send: in an hour, tomorrow at 9, Monday at 9 or any time you pick, and cancel it before it goes. Group channels under teams such as Sales or Support, and make a channel announcement-only so admins post and everyone replies in threads. Set your status with an emoji and a time to clear it, and teammates see In a call or In a meeting while you are in a room.

QuiQ Space: live record cards, threads, pins, search and seen receipts

QuiQ Space. Paste a link to a deal, contact, account, lead or ticket, or click Link a record, and it shows as a live card with stage, amount, status and owner that updates as the record changes; teammates without access see it is restricted. Reply in a thread to keep the main chat clear, and everyone in the thread is notified. Pin important messages and find them under Pinned in the chat header. Search every message and file name across your chats, or just the one you are in. Direct messages show Seen with the time, and channels show Seen by with each teammate.

Play customer voice notes in the chat

Quiq WhatsApp CRM. Voice notes customers send on WhatsApp now play right in the conversation, with a progress bar you can click to skip and 1x, 1.5x and 2x speed. Teammates are also kept out of your CRM: invited team members, and teammates who email or chat with support, are never added as contacts. QuiQ Space now lives at quiqsol.com/products/team-space, and teammates' profile photos show in the website chat.

Team Chat is now QuiQ Space

QuiQ Space. Chats, channels, calls and reactions now live under one name: QuiQ Space. The shortcut at the bottom left is QuiQ Space. New channels appear for every member the moment they are created, no refresh needed. Website chat shows teammates' profile photos reliably, and the desktop alert test arrives instantly.

Team Chat calls, reactions, replies and mentions

Team Chat. Call a teammate or a whole channel in one click, audio or video. Their QuiQSol rings wherever they are, with a desktop alert when it is in the background, and the call opens in a Quiq Meetings room with screen sharing; the chat shows a Join button while it runs. React to any message, reply to a specific message with the original quoted, edit or delete your own, and type @ to mention someone so they are notified. Chats show unread counts, earlier messages load as you scroll back, public channels can be browsed and joined, and channels have topics. Profile photos now show in Team Chat.

Buy again: know who is due to buy, and why, before they decide

Quiq CRM. CRM, Buy again reads your won deals and paid invoices and shows four lists. Due this season: customers who bought around this time last year, or for an occasion that comes round every year, and have not bought yet. Due by habit: repeat customers whose usual gap says the next order is close. Gone quiet: regulars well past their usual gap. Bought recently: this month and last month, with what they bought. Every customer comes with the reason and a follow-up date one month ahead, and one click creates the follow-up task for their owner. A purchase ladder shows how many customers bought 1 to 5 or more times, and an optional Monday reminder tells each owner who is due. On any deal, note what it was for and mark it Happens every year.

Assignment rules: no new contact, lead or ticket waits unassigned

Quiq CRM. Settings, Assignment rules decides who gets every new contact, lead and ticket that arrives without an owner, from WhatsApp, website chat, forms, email or imports. Start from a template such as Share new leads evenly, Leads by country, VIP contacts to an account manager or Urgent tickets to a senior agent, or build your own with conditions on source, country, industry, tags, lead score, ticket channel, priority and more. Assign in turn, to the least busy person, or to one named teammate, optionally preferring people who are online, and the person who gets it is notified. One click assigns the records that have no owner today.

Back to where you were, from any product

Platform. Jump from a WhatsApp chat into a CRM contact, or from CRM into Settings, and a Back button in the top bar returns you to the exact page you left. Your website chat now shows your teammates’ profile photos, and the homepage What’s new always shows the latest releases.

Your own help centre, and articles that write themselves from solved tickets

Knowledge Base. Turn on the help centre in Knowledge Base and your published articles get a public web address with topics, search and a page for every article that Google can read. Group articles into categories, keep internal know-how as team-only articles agents see on matching tickets, and restore any earlier version of an article. Customers answer "Was this helpful?" under every article, and the searches that found nothing appear at the top of your Knowledge Base as the next articles to write. On a resolved ticket, Turn into help article drafts the answer with personal details removed. Agents can drop any article into a WhatsApp chat or ticket reply in one click.

A proper editor for help articles

Knowledge Base. Write articles with heading, bold, list and link buttons, and switch to Preview to see exactly what customers will read in your website chat. Unpublish takes an article off the chat and out of QuiQ Intelligence answers without deleting it, and Delete removes it for good after you confirm. The article list now has Published and Drafts tabs, search, word counts and how often each article was read, and the website chat’s Help search now looks inside articles as well as their titles.

WhatsApp calls ring in QuiQSol

WhatsApp CRM. Turn on WhatsApp calls in WhatsApp Settings and customers can call your business from the WhatsApp chat. The call rings everyone on your WhatsApp inbox in the browser with the caller’s name, the first person to answer takes it, and the call appears in the thread and on the contact with its length and your note. Missed calls show in the chat so someone calls back. Agents can call customers from the chat too: QuiQSol asks the customer to allow calls, then connects once they accept, on numbers where WhatsApp offers business calling.

AI steps in your workflows: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Mistral and ElevenLabs

Quiq Flow. Six new Flow connectors bring AI into any workflow on your own API key, so usage is billed to you by the provider. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral and Perplexity each add three steps: Generate text drafts a reply or summary from your prompt, Classify sorts a message into the categories you list so the next step can branch on it, and Extract fields pulls details such as company, budget or deadline out of an email as data later steps can use. Perplexity answers with live web search and its sources. ElevenLabs turns text into natural speech saved to your QuiQSol Drive. Quiq Flow now has 106 connectors.

Chat menus ask again instead of going quiet

Conversation Flows. When a customer answers a menu with something that matches none of the options, the bot shows the menu again, up to twice, on WhatsApp, Live Chat, Messenger and Instagram. If Meta ends a Facebook or Instagram connection, new messages are still saved, the connection shows Needs reconnecting and whoever connected it is notified.

Call customers from QuiQSol

Quiq CRM. Connect your Twilio account in Settings, Calling and pick your number. Every contact and lead gets a Call button, the top bar has a dialer, and incoming calls ring teammates who are available in the browser, then go to voicemail. Each call is logged on the customer with its length and outcome, you add notes as it ends, and voicemails and optional recordings play from the Calls list. Minutes are billed by Twilio at their rates.

Weekly check-ins for remote teams

Quiq Projects. Projects, Check-ins gives everyone a weekly check-in: what they got done, what is next and anything in their way, pre-filled from the tasks they finished and the hours they logged. Managers see who has checked in, which weeks flag a blocker and what each person shared, and reply with a review the person is notified about. Set each person's manager in Settings, Users, and switch on reminders for your due day when you are ready.

Paste HTML landing pages and host them on your own domain

Quiq Marketing. Create a landing page and choose Paste HTML to bring a page made by your designer or an AI tool. Paste or upload it, watch the live preview on desktop and phone, and publish. Forms on the page send straight to your list and CRM: fields like email, name, phone, company and message fill in the contact, and every submission is kept with it. Connect your own domain with one DNS record and HTTPS is set up for you. Published pages run in a secure sandbox, isolated from your QuiQSol account.

Add a company while adding a contact

Quiq CRM. The Company field on a contact now searches as you type, and when the company is new you add it right there with one click, already linked to the contact. Last name is optional for contacts and leads, so one-word names save without a workaround.

Move from HubSpot or Pipedrive without starting over

Quiq CRM. CRM, Move from another CRM brings your pipelines and stages, companies, contacts, deals and notes across from HubSpot or Pipedrive. Records keep their original creation dates, deals keep their stage and won or lost status, and owners stay with teammates who share the same email. You see what will move before it starts, progress updates live, and you are notified when it finishes. The read-only key is stored encrypted only while the move runs, and running it again adds only what is new.

Slim sidebar for single-page apps

Workspace. Apps with one page, such as the Dashboard and Help Desk, now open with the sidebar folded to icons so the work gets the full width. Expand it any time with the button at the bottom; your choice is remembered.

Lead scoring that qualifies leads for you

Quiq CRM. Switch on lead scoring in Settings, CRM and every open lead gets a score out of 100: up to 50 for fit with your target industries, countries and company size, and up to 50 for the last 30 days of email opens, clicks and replies, form submissions, completed calls and chat messages. Turn on auto-qualify and a New or Contacted lead that reaches your qualifying score becomes Qualified and its owner is notified. Leads show a Score column you can sort and filter by, and each lead lists the reasons behind its score.

A home screen that tells you what kind of day it is

Workspace. The dashboard opens with one plain sentence about your day, built from your own numbers, and the six figures behind it. Below sit Needs you (overdue tickets, deals gone quiet, unread items), your pipeline as a single bar by stage, What moved across the team, and Your day with tasks and meetings. The AI read now runs only when you click Ask QuiQ, so it is faster to open.

Refer & Earn now pays you back

Workspace. Every business that signs up through your referral link and makes its first payment earns you 20% off your next QuiQSol payment, and the business you referred gets 10% off its first month. Rewards are refunded to the card automatically right after each payment goes through, one per payment, and Refer & Earn shows the status of every referral.

More room for the conversation

Quiq Help Desk. The Queues column and the ticket list on the Desk each fold into a slim strip with one click, giving the open ticket the full width. Click the strip to bring it back. QuiQSol remembers your choice on each computer.

A sidebar that steps aside

Workspace. The left sidebar now has a Collapse button that shrinks it to icons in every app, with the full names a hover away.

More columns and filters for contacts and leads

Quiq CRM. Contacts show Company in place of Account, and the column picker adds Source, Country, City, Department, Other email, WhatsApp mood, Email opt-out, Birthday and Last updated, with new Source and Country filters. Leads add Mobile, Title, Country, Industry, Website, Employees, Annual revenue and Email opt-out, with Country and Industry filters. Saved views keep the columns you pick.

A new sign-in screen

Workspace. Sign in, sign up and password reset now open beside a moving tour of what QuiQSol does, from chats reaching an agent to invoices getting paid.

Forward your support email straight into the Help Desk

Quiq Help Desk. Every workspace now has its own forwarding address in Settings, Help Desk. Forward your support mailbox from Gmail, Outlook or Zoho Mail and each email becomes a ticket within seconds, with the branded acknowledgement sent automatically, while replies join the ticket they belong to. No mailbox password is stored. Settings walks you through each provider and shows the confirmation code Gmail or Zoho sends, plus the latest emails received. Connecting the mailbox directly still works if you prefer it.

Smarter chat handoff, one-channel replies and branded ticket emails

Quiq Help Desk. When a customer asks for a person on WhatsApp, live chat, Messenger or Instagram, QuiQSol now connects them straight away to the least busy available agent and tells them who is joining. When nobody is available, the assistant says so, asks only for what it doesn't already know (the issue, name and email), opens a ticket, and gives the customer the ticket number in the chat and by email. Every new ticket goes to an available agent, and anything that arrives while everyone is away goes to the first agent who becomes available. Use the new Available / Away switch at the top of the app; ten quiet minutes and closed business hours count as away. Agents can open a ticket from any chat with Create ticket, and the customer gets the number in the chat. Ticket replies go on one channel: the chat while the customer can still receive it there, otherwise a proper email with the agent's own signature and your company footer. Acknowledgement and resolution emails carry the ticket details and number, so customer replies join the right ticket.

A new Help Desk: queue, ticket and customer side by side

Quiq Help Desk. The Help Desk has a new look built around how agents work. The Desk opens with a Pulse strip: overdue, due in the next 8 hours, customer replied and unassigned counts, plus a time track that places every ticket due soon at its deadline. Below it, your queues, the ticket list with a live countdown on each row, and the open ticket sit side by side. Status, priority, assignee, category and department change right under the subject, and the customer panel shows their details, other tickets, open deals and happy ratings beside the conversation. A new Conversations tab brings live chat, WhatsApp, email and social mentions together, and any of them becomes a ticket in one click, with the recent messages carried over. Overview, performance and team activity now live under Insights.

A faster reply desk for your Help Desk team

Quiq Help Desk. Replying to customers now happens in a full reply box: write several lines, switch to an internal note your customer never sees, attach up to 10 files that reach the customer with the email, and send with Ctrl or Cmd + Enter. Saved replies give the whole team one set of answers, with the customer's first name and ticket number filled in for you. When a teammate starts writing on the same ticket, you see it straight away, so no customer gets two answers. The ticket list loads 50 at a time with select boxes for assigning, changing status or priority, marking spam or deleting many tickets at once. Duplicate tickets merge in one step, keeping every reply and file, and tickets can be reassigned from the ticket itself.

Help Desk updates live, and a safer customer portal

Quiq Help Desk. The Help Desk now updates the moment something changes: new tickets from your support inbox, customer replies, assignments and teammates' edits appear in your queues, HQ, the team feed and the open ticket without a refresh. Customers now confirm their email before they can open the support portal: they ask for a link, choose a password from it, and the same link resets a forgotten password, so knowing a customer's email is never enough to read their tickets. Tickets can be unassigned, every change appears in the ticket history, analytics shows customer ratings as the share of happy customers and NPS from your monthly NPS survey, and automatic ticket triage runs on a faster model.

A business overview for the whole sales operation

QuiQ CRM. Analytics in QuiQ CRM opens on one overview of business health. Revenue for the month, quarter or year sits beside the previous period with the change. Each pipeline stage shows its deals, value, average days held and how many move on, and the slowest stage is named as your bottleneck. Forecast meets actual for every month, so you see how close your weighted pipeline lands. Lead sources rank by the deals and revenue they bring in, not just by volume, and sales activity counts calls, meetings, outbound messages, quotes and tasks for every rep and team. Each section opens with a plain sentence that says what changed, and the whole report loads in about a second.

Support email becomes tickets every 5 minutes

Quiq Help Desk. Connect the mailbox your customers already write to and QuiQSol checks it every 5 minutes, turning each new email into a Help Desk ticket and threading replies onto the same ticket. Settings shows when it last checked, how many tickets it created and any connection problem in plain words. The mailbox app password is now stored encrypted, is never sent back to the browser, and stays saved when you change other inbox settings. Settings also replaces its last native checkboxes and radio buttons with QuiQSol switches and choice rows.

One customer timeline, quotes from deals, forecasts and a leaderboard

QuiQ CRM. Every contact, deal and account now shows one timeline of everything with that customer across QuiQSol: calls, notes, meetings, emails and chats, Help Desk tickets, campaign opens and clicks, WhatsApp broadcasts, form and survey answers, quotes, invoices, contracts and project updates. Ask for a next step and AI suggests what to do from that real history. Add products to a deal to price it from its lines, then make a quote in one click: your client accepts it online, it becomes an invoice, and the deal owner is told straight away. Marking a deal lost asks why, and Analytics shows your top lost reasons. Set how many days a stage may hold a deal, and stuck deals are flagged on the board and in a filter. Analytics adds a forecast by close month, weighted and best case, and a leaderboard of won value, win rate and days to win against monthly quotas.

Faster CRM lists, saved views, bulk actions and a drag-and-drop pipeline

QuiQ CRM. Contacts, leads, accounts and deals now open as fast lists that page, sort and filter on the server, so they stay quick at any size. Choose your columns, save any search and filter as a view, and share views with your team. Select records to assign, tag, move to a stage, change status, export or delete in one step. The pipeline board is drag and drop, updates live for everyone, and shows a weighted value from each stage’s win chance, which you set in pipeline settings. Won and Lost columns show recent closes, with older ones a click away. Editing a deal now saves owner and stage changes, and automations, notifications and Audit Log entries are always delivered.

Project reports: forecasts, profit, workload and risks

Quiq Projects. Reports now cover the whole portfolio. Portfolio shows which projects need attention and forecasts each finish date from the pace your team has actually kept. Plan vs actual compares hours, cost and schedule with a week-by-week burn chart. Milestones shows which phases slipped. Profit sets each project’s value against the cost of logged time and projects the final margin, per project and per client, with invoiced and paid amounts. Workload ahead plans assigned work against each person’s hours and time off. Client cost to serve puts delivery next to the tickets and chats each client needed. Every project gets a risk register and decision log, and high risks count toward its health. Set a project value and client in Settings, export any report to CSV, and turn on a Monday progress email to the client for any project (off until you switch it on). Projects started from a won deal now take the deal amount as the project value.

Hand over work when someone leaves

Users & Permissions. Suspending or removing a teammate now shows everything they still own across CRM, Help Desk, chats, social messages, projects and forms, and moves it to a colleague in one step. The colleague is notified, the move is recorded in the Audit Log, and work is never left with a deleted account. Suspended teammates also have a Hand over work action of their own.

Projects connected to deals, tickets, forms and AI

Quiq Projects. Start a project from a won deal with the client attached. Share a read-only progress page with your client that shows progress, dates, phases and tasks, never people, time or money. Turn a Help Desk ticket into a project task or issue, linked back to the ticket. Let a form turn each response into a task, off until you switch it on. Describe a project and get a reviewed AI plan scheduled on working days, and get a weekly status update written from real progress.

Access for each person, and safer roles

Users & Permissions. Give anyone access that differs from their role, product by product: view only, extra actions, or narrower records, with one click for "View only, everything in the role". Changes show as Custom access in Users and can be undone per product. Role changes now apply straight away instead of at the next sign-in. Nobody can give more access than they have, change their own role or access, or act on an Administrator unless they are one, and a workspace always keeps at least one Administrator.

Projects, rebuilt: board, timeline, docs, timers and health

Quiq Projects. Every project now has a drag-and-drop board, an editable list, a timeline with dependencies, a calendar, and its own pages written in a block editor (type "/" for headings, to-dos and more). Tasks open in a side panel with a description, checklist, subtasks, files, comments with @mentions and full history. Start a timer on any task from anywhere in the app, fill in your week in a timesheet grid and submit it for approval. Set budgets in hours or money and watch the burn. Each project shows On track, At risk or Off track and explains why. My Work lists everything assigned to you, templates move their dates to your start date, and due-soon and overdue reminders arrive in the app. Give each project a photo, gradient or colour background shown behind the board and as its cover, add colour or photo covers and coloured labels to cards, pick the views each project shows from a view gallery, and browse projects as cards or a table.

Styles, layouts and themed surveys

Quiq Forms & Surveys. Pick a Style for a complete look in one click, from Classic, Minimal and Office to Beach party, Celebration, Elegant, Nature, Café, Aurora and Event night, then adjust anything. Choose whether questions sit on their own cards or together on one card. Place your logo in the title card or on the banner, left, centre or right, in three sizes, and every upload shows the exact image size that fits. Backgrounds can be nothing at all, any plain colour, a gradient, a photo or your own image, and the banner is optional. Preview now shows the form exactly as respondents see it, theme included, and the Theme tab has a full-screen preview of unsaved changes. Surveys get the same themes plus survey settings: a start screen, question numbers, going back, shuffled questions, anonymous responses, a completion message, and closing on a date or after a set number of responses.

Form themes and Google Forms-level settings

Quiq Forms. Give every form its own look: a tall header banner from a photo library or your own upload, a page background from beach, nature, city, party, food and abstract photos, gradients or colours, a light or dark card, your accent colour, your logo, and separate fonts and sizes for the title, questions and text. Questions now sit on their own cards over your background. Settings now cover everything people expect: open or close the form, close it automatically on a date or after a number of responses with your own closed message, collect email addresses, email respondents a copy of their answers, limit to one response per person, shuffle questions, keep answers on the visitor’s device until they submit, and show a link to submit another response.

Send surveys to your contacts, low-score alerts, booking after submit and unfinished-form reminders

Quiq Forms & Surveys. Surveys now have Send to contacts: pick lists or segments and everyone gets a personal link, so their answer lands on their contact record and the survey shows who answered. Turn on low-score alerts and a low NPS or CSAT opens a high-priority Help Desk ticket and notifies the customer’s owner. Forms can send people to a page of yours or straight to your booking page with their name and email filled in, and can send one reminder to someone who typed their email but left, with their answers kept. Forms now recognise people already in your CRM by the field you choose: existing customers update their Contact instead of becoming new leads, their details are only filled in where missing unless you choose otherwise, and event or sign-up forms can skip creating new records altogether. Survey responses are emailed to your team, and monthly NPS invitations now use personal links so every score reaches the right customer.

Opportunities: the leads you already have, ranked against your best customers

Quiq Cold Outreach. Cold Outreach → Opportunities finds the leads in your CRM that nobody has contacted in 30 days and ranks them by how much they look like the customers who bought from you: industry, country, seniority and company size, learned from your won deals. Every score shows its reasons. One sentence tells you where you stand, for example "You have 4,821 dormant leads. 613 look like your best customers, and 284 have verified email addresses." From there, check the remaining addresses, have QuiQ Intelligence draft a three-email sequence from your offer and your best-performing past emails, and enroll the matches in one step.

Mailbox health scores, custom tracking domains and a domain setup guide

Quiq Cold Outreach. Every connected mailbox now shows a health score out of 100, built from five named checks: SPF, DKIM and DMARC on the sending domain, bounce rate, warm-up progress, connection and sending status. Open a mailbox to see the points for each check and what to fix. Each mailbox can also use its own tracking domain, like links.yourdomain.com, so unsubscribe and tracked links match your sending domain once the CNAME is live. Deliverability now includes a step-by-step guide to setting up a cold email domain on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Zoho, with the exact records to add.

Chat analytics, separate from website analytics

Quiq Website IQ. Website IQ now has two reports. Website analytics covers your visitors: traffic, sources, countries, devices, buying intent and top pages. Chat analytics covers your conversations: messages and new chats, median reply and first response times, resolution time, who is waiting right now, peak hours, per-agent results, how many chats the AI assistant and Conversation Flows resolved on their own, ratings, and the chats that became deals. Every number compares with the previous period, updates live and exports to CSV.

Reply detection that leaves your inbox untouched

Quiq Cold Outreach. Connected mailboxes are now checked for replies every 5 minutes instead of 10, and QuiQSol no longer marks anything as read. Replies are found even after you open them in Gmail or Outlook, and replies that land in spam are picked up too.

A/B tests, spintax, lead timezones and CSV upload into sequences

Quiq Cold Outreach. Every step can now have up to five versions, and leads are split evenly between them. A new Performance panel on each sequence shows sends, replies, positive replies and bounces for every step and version, live. Write {Hi|Hello|Hey} anywhere in a subject or email and each lead gets one option. Turn on Send in each lead’s timezone and emails arrive during the lead’s own business hours, using their timezone or country. Upload a CSV straight into a sequence: addresses are checked first, do-not-contact entries are left out, and extra columns become merge tags. Each mailbox now sends promptly and spaces its emails a few minutes apart instead of waiting for a random time later in the day, new mailboxes start in your workspace timezone, and Gmail, Yahoo, Zoho and iCloud can connect with an app password through a guided setup.

Replies: one inbox for every lead reply

Quiq Cold Outreach. Every reply to your sequences, from every connected mailbox, now lands in Cold Outreach → Replies. Each one is sorted automatically into Interested, Meeting request, Not interested, Out of office, Wrong person or Unsubscribe, and you can change it with one click. Open a lead to read the whole conversation, including the sequence emails they received, and answer from QuiQSol: the reply goes out from the same mailbox, in the same email thread. Insert a booking link with their name and email filled in, or add them to do-not-contact. A reply asking to unsubscribe is honoured automatically, and new replies appear live.

Better inbox placement and threaded follow-ups

Quiq Cold Outreach. Follow-ups with a blank subject now go out as replies in the first email’s thread, the way a person follows up. Every email carries a plain-text version and a one-click unsubscribe header, and open and click tracking are now off by default, with a switch on each sequence. An out-of-office reply no longer ends a sequence, a real reply always reaches someone (the lead’s owner or the sequence’s creator) and moves a new lead to Contacted, and sends now go out every five minutes. Unsubscribe links ask for a click to confirm, so company email scanners can no longer unsubscribe your leads by accident.

Live broadcast reports and number quality protection

Quiq WhatsApp CRM. Broadcast stats, the Recipients list and WhatsApp Analytics now update live as WhatsApp reports each delivery, read and failure, with no page refresh. To protect your number’s quality rating, a broadcast pauses itself when WhatsApp holds back a high share of its first messages, and tells you why before you choose to resume. The audience check also shows how many contacts have never messaged you, since WhatsApp is most likely to hold marketing messages back from them. Failures now explain the cause in plain words with WhatsApp’s error code, and an edited phone number is always the one messages go to.

See who a broadcast will reach before you send

Quiq WhatsApp CRM. Choosing a segment in New broadcast now shows how many contacts can receive it and why the rest cannot: not opted in to WhatsApp, no phone number, or replied STOP. Contacts who agreed to hear from you elsewhere can be opted in right there once you confirm their consent, while anyone who replied STOP stays opted out. WhatsApp eligibility now depends only on WhatsApp consent, not on email confirmation, and a broadcast that reached nobody can be sent again once its audience is ready.

Amounts in your own currency

Platform. Deal values, pipeline totals, won revenue and invoice summaries across the CRM, Dashboard and Invoices now show in the currency set in Settings → Company, such as ₦ for Naira, instead of a dollar sign.

New workspaces open with a sample business

Platform. A new trial now starts with a sample business already in place: contacts and companies, leads, a deal pipeline, support tickets, website chats with summaries, and website visitors with intent scores. Every screen shows what QuiQSol does from the first login. Sample contacts never receive email, and one click on the banner or in Settings removes all of it, while anything your team added stays.

AI Sales Concierge and weekly website insights

Quiq Website IQ. Set your chat flow’s AI step to Sales concierge and it answers from your Knowledge Base, asks one short question at a time to understand what the visitor needs, sees the page they are on and how warm they are, and sends your booking page the moment they ask for a demo, a call or a quote. A visitor’s first question is answered from a saved answer when someone has asked the same thing before, so common questions use no AI requests. Website IQ Analytics now opens with a weekly briefing: last week against the week before, ready-to-buy visitors who left without talking to you, and what to do next.

Monthly email allowance and automatic list protection

Quiq Marketing. Growth plans include 150,000 marketing emails a month, and Enterprise volume is set to your needs. See how many you have sent on the Billing page. To keep every campaign landing in the inbox, QuiQSol pauses campaign sending when recent emails bounce or are marked as spam above the safe level, and tells you why. Clean the audience, contact support, and sending resumes with a fresh start.

Chat summaries and website activity on every CRM record

Quiq Website IQ. When a WhatsApp or Live Chat conversation closes, QuiQ Intelligence writes a short summary: what the customer wanted, the products they asked about, their pain points, how strong a lead they are and the next step. Click Summarise in the inbox to get one before the chat ends. Contacts and leads now show a Website activity card with their intent score, where they first came from, the pages they viewed and their latest chat summaries.

Book meetings from inside a chat

Conversation Flows. Add a "Send a booking link" step to any chat menu. It sends your team's booking page with the customer's name and email already filled in. Meetings booked this way are marked as coming from the chat and raise the visitor's intent score, and Website IQ Analytics now shows the full path from visitor to engaged, chat, identified and meeting booked.

Visitor Intelligence: see who is ready to buy

Quiq Website IQ. Website IQ now builds a profile for every website visitor: pages viewed, visits, where they came from (including campaign links), country and device. Buying signals like viewing pricing or the demo page, coming back, and starting a chat add up to an intent score, so you see your hottest visitors first in Analytics, alongside your top traffic sources, countries and devices. When a visitor chats, your team sees the pages they browsed right inside the conversation. Update your website snippet in Website IQ settings to start, with built-in support for cookie consent.

A roomier chat inbox that opens at the latest message

Quiq Website IQ. Website IQ Conversations now fills the screen, opens each chat at the newest message and follows new ones as they arrive. Filter by Open, Waiting, Closed or All, search by name or message, assign a chat, and close it with your closing message. Messages show who sent them (you, a teammate or the chat menu) and when, and you can reply with emoji, using Shift+Enter for a new line.

See what customers ask about

Conversation Flows. A new "What customers ask about" report ranks the products, issues and topics people choose in your chat menus, like "Invoices · Sales & CRM", with a breakdown of every menu question and how many people typed a question instead. Filter by 7, 30 or 90 days and by channel. Find it in Conversation Flows, WhatsApp CRM Analytics and Website IQ Analytics.

Chat menus on Messenger and Instagram, live inbox, emoji and GIF replies

Quiq Social Intelligence. Messenger and Instagram direct messages now get the same chat menus as WhatsApp and Live Chat: an instant greeting, "typing…" while the bot answers, handoff to your team, and a closing message with a Good, Okay or Poor rating. New comments on Facebook and Instagram arrive the moment they are posted, the Social Inbox updates live, and sender names show for every message. Reply with emoji, and add an image or GIF to direct messages and Facebook comment replies. Answering a chat assigns it to you.

Event pages, tickets and emails your guests will enjoy

Quiq Meetings. Every event now has a full event page with your banner, a date tile, the location and a formatted About section, with a clean registration form that marks required fields, accepts link answers and lets you make the phone number required, optional or off. Hide the exact address until a guest is confirmed and show only the area. After registering, guests land on a "You're in" card with My Ticket and Add to calendar for Google, Outlook and Apple. My Ticket shows the QR code, Join online, Get directions, the PDF ticket and your own note on the agenda and what to bring. Confirmation emails arrive with a calendar invite Gmail and Outlook can add in one click, and invitations carry Accept and Decline buttons. The join link is never shown on the public page.

Support menus that hand off to your team the right way

Quiq WhatsApp CRM. Conversation Flows now greet every new and returning customer with your menu on WhatsApp and Live Chat, with tidy "View options" lists that show a short description under each choice. Customers can type "I want to speak to an agent" at any point to join the queue and see their place in line, and they are told which agent has joined when someone picks the chat up. Flows can address people by name, use their earlier answers in messages and tickets, open one ticket per chat, and end a chat once it is resolved. In WhatsApp settings, add a closing message with the ticket reference, rate chats with Good, Okay and Poor buttons, and send a reminder when a customer goes quiet before the chat closes on its own. Live Chat now shows your Terms and Privacy Policy under the chat box and opens full screen inside your mobile app. Customers see "typing…" the moment they message while the menu answers, can type "end chat" to close a chat themselves, and anyone writing into an old open chat gets the menu again. Flows can now save a new customer as a Lead from their answers (first name, last name, email and company), check that a typed email is real before moving on, and understand replies like "yes" or "no" to a choice.

September 2026

Competitor tracking, AI captions, approvals and Google review replies

Quiq Social Intelligence. Track competitor Instagram accounts beside your own, let QuiQ Intelligence draft captions in your tone, and schedule at your best times based on your own results. Turn on approvals so posts wait for a manager, publish Instagram carousels and Reels, multi-photo Facebook posts and LinkedIn page updates, and reply to Google reviews from the inbox. Reports can now be emailed weekly or monthly, alerts notify your team when a post takes off or sentiment turns, and Facebook post results, profile images and direct messages now come through reliably.

Repeating meetings, on everyone's calendar

Quiq Meetings. Schedule a meeting that repeats daily, weekly on the days you pick, monthly, yearly, every weekday, or on a custom pattern that ends on a date or after a set number of events. Every guest gets a real calendar invite for the whole series, one QuiQ Meeting Room link works for every event, and email and in-app reminders go out before each one. Edit the series or cancel a single event, and everyone's calendar updates.

Quiq WhatsApp CRM. Switch on Track clicks for any link button in a WhatsApp template and QuiQSol counts each tap before opening your page. Broadcast reports now show who clicked and the click-through rate alongside delivery, read and reply rates, and you can change where a tracked button leads at any time without sending the template back to Meta for review.

WhatsApp reports built for business decisions

Quiq WhatsApp CRM. WhatsApp Analytics now covers the whole operation. See reply and first response times for every agent, resolution times and customer ratings, and who is still waiting on a reply right now. A peak-hours heatmap shows when customers message you, the sales pipeline view tracks chats that became deals and won revenue alongside catalog orders, and each broadcast reports delivery, read and reply rates. The chatbot view shows how many chats it resolved on its own and how often it handed off to your team. Every headline number compares with the previous period, and the full report exports to CSV.

Downloadable recovery codes

Platform. Two-factor recovery codes can now be downloaded, copied or printed the moment they are issued, in both QuiQSol and the Control Room. Lost your saved set? Generate a fresh one from Security settings with your password, and the old codes stop working immediately.

After-hours replies, answered by QuiQ Intelligence

Quiq WhatsApp CRM. Set your business hours once, then choose what happens when customers message while you are closed: no reply, a single away message, or QuiQ Intelligence answering from your Knowledge Base and handing off to your team in the morning. Routing rules now read business hours in your own timezone, and any agent can star a customer as VIP right from the chat.

QuiQ Intelligence, on your terms

Platform. Administrators can switch every AI feature on or off for the whole workspace in Settings, QuiQ Intelligence. Notification preferences now cover 21 events across every product, and the audit log reads in plain language.

AI Support Assistant: instant answers from your Knowledge Base

Quiq WhatsApp CRM. Add an AI reply step to any Conversation Flow, or publish the ready-made AI Support Assistant template. It answers customers on WhatsApp and website chat using only your published Knowledge Base articles and their CRM record, and hands the conversation to your team the moment it cannot help or the customer asks for a person.

Manage your product catalog right inside QuiQSol

WhatsApp CRM. Add, edit and delete products with photos, prices, sale prices and stock, and every change reaches your WhatsApp shop automatically. Create a catalog in one click, import the products you already have, and watch stock go down on its own as WhatsApp orders arrive. Every product also gets a shareable page with an Order on WhatsApp button.

Customer info beside every chat, and roles built for support teams

WhatsApp CRM. See who you are talking to without leaving the inbox: contact details, labels, tickets and deals in one panel. Give agents a WhatsApp Support Agent role that covers live chat only, keeps customer numbers masked, and shows them just their own and unassigned chats. Templates can now be viewed and edited, with approved ones sent back to Meta for review.

Quiq Marketing. Popup Forms now have an embedded layout that sits right inside your page. Choose which fields to collect (first name, last name, phone, state, and country, each off, optional, or required), add a consent checkbox, and paste one snippet. Every signup lands in Quiq Marketing with double opt-in.

Send feedback straight to the QuiQSol team

Platform. Use the Feedback button on any page to report a problem, raise a complaint, or suggest an improvement, with screenshots and files attached. Track every submission and read our replies on your Feedback page.

VAT shown clearly at checkout

Billing. Subscription prices now show 7.5% VAT as its own line on the Billing page, on quiqsol.com/pricing, and at checkout, so the amount you approve is exactly the amount charged.

Personalized, scheduled broadcasts at any size

Quiq WhatsApp CRM. Map every template variable to a contact field, such as first name or company, so each customer gets their own message. Send now or schedule for later. Large broadcasts keep sending in the background, and each recipient is tracked from sent to delivered to read, with opt-outs counted automatically.

Product catalogs and in-chat orders

Quiq WhatsApp CRM. Link your Meta Commerce catalog, share products from any conversation, and receive customer orders right in the thread with every item and the total.

A redesigned WhatsApp inbox

Quiq WhatsApp CRM. Search by name or number, filter by unread, mine, unassigned, tone, or your own custom labels, and see unread counts at a glance. Add internal notes, use saved replies, mask phone numbers with one click, and receive photos, voice notes, documents, and locations. After 24 hours, the composer switches to sending an approved template, so no reply fails silently.

A direct line to QuiQSol on WhatsApp

Company. Message our team straight from the Contact page or the footer of quiqsol.com. It connects to our own WhatsApp CRM, the same product you use, so you get a real reply from a real person.

Deliverability Health: one score for your entire sending setup

Quiq Marketing. The Marketing dashboard score now checks your verified sending domain, DKIM status, sender address, and audience cleanliness, alongside real bounce and complaint history. A drop shows exactly which factor changed and emails your team automatically, so nothing slips through unnoticed.

Audience Health: know which contacts are hurting your sender reputation

Quiq Marketing. A new Audience Health tab in Subscribers scans every subscribed contact’s email address for disposable domains, role-based addresses, and malformed syntax, then shows exactly which contacts are the problem. Clean your list before it costs you deliverability, not after.

Recovery Nudge: win back an abandoned cart or unfinished form, automatically

Quiq Automation. Report an abandoned checkout or an incomplete application from your own site with one API call (Settings → Developer has a copy-paste snippet). Clone the new "Recovery Nudge" template from the Journey Library and it waits 24 hours, checks that the customer genuinely still hasn’t finished, then follows up on WhatsApp. No automation experience needed: pick your own approved template and publish.

A real wait time when a chatbot hands off to a human

Quiq WhatsApp CRM. Building a WhatsApp chat flow in Conversation Flows? The "Chatbot Starter" template now hands off to a live agent with a real queue position and an estimated wait, computed from how long your team’s last few conversations actually took, not a canned line. The same upgrade applies to Website IQ’s live chat handoff too.

See which conversations need you first

Quiq WhatsApp CRM. Every WhatsApp conversation is read for sentiment the moment a customer messages in. Filter the Conversations list down to just the negative threads, see your whole inbox’s sentiment split on the Analytics tab, and build a Marketing segment targeting everyone whose most recent WhatsApp exchange read negative, for a real win-back send.

More secure webhooks, and a real recipient view for broadcasts

Quiq WhatsApp CRM. Inbound WhatsApp events are now cryptographically verified against your own Meta App Secret before anything is processed. Routing rules can be dragged into a new order, and every broadcast has a "View recipients" list showing exactly who it reached and its delivery status.

Rewrite with AI, right inside the email canvas

Quiq Marketing. Select a line in a Text block (or nothing, to rewrite the whole thing) and pick a quick preset (improve, fix grammar, shorten, more persuasive…) or describe your own edit. AI drafts a suggestion you review before anything in your email actually changes.

A real canvas for the Simple and Custom HTML editors

Quiq Marketing. The Simple editor now opens with a real headline and message already in place instead of a blank page, and its block menu adds Header and Footer. The Custom HTML editor gets its own screen: a code panel with a live preview alongside it, a merge-tag inserter, and buttons to import an .html file or drop in an image.

Quiq Marketing. A real popup, slide-in, or banner you design and embed on your own website with one snippet, shown after a delay, a scroll depth, or exit intent, on every page or just the ones you choose. Every signup becomes a real contact through the same double opt-in confirmation every other QuiQSol popup form uses.

A Simple editor, and starters that use real templates

Quiq Marketing. A new distraction-free Simple editor joins the drag-and-drop builder and the custom HTML editor: click straight into a single-column layout and type, no rows or columns to manage. Newsletter starter and Promo starter now open with one of the gallery's actual designed templates instead of a generic placeholder.

A real "Send or schedule" step to finish a campaign

Quiq Marketing. Building a campaign now ends with an actual send screen (send it right now or pick a time to send later) instead of dropping you back on the campaign list to go hunt down a "Send now" option separately. The same campaign summary, live preview, and test-send tools are right there while you decide.

A trial watermark on sent campaigns

Quiq Marketing. Campaigns sent from a free-trial workspace now carry a small "Sent through QuiQSol" badge at the bottom of the email, the way most email platforms mark trial sends. It disappears automatically the moment your workspace moves to a paid plan.

Send campaigns from your own domain

Quiq Marketing. Connect a domain you own under Account Settings > Domains and campaigns can send from your own address instead of the shared QuiQSol default: a real two-step verification (a DNS record proving ownership, then a DKIM check with our email provider) with copyable records and a live status check at every step.

A modern call room, plus live captions, blur, and co-hosting

Quiq Meetings. The Quiq Meetings video room has been rebuilt from the ground up: grid and speaker views, background blur, live captions, noise cancellation, and a redesigned mobile layout. Reactions now show who sent them, chat no longer loses messages when the panel is closed, and any host can promote a guest to co-host mid-call, no need to end and restart the meeting. Instant meetings can also open with a shareable link and an optional password.

100 connectors

Quiq Flow. Quiq Flow now connects to 89 real third-party apps (from HubSpot and Shopify to GitHub, Zoom, and Sentry) plus 11 native QuiQSol actions that need no credential at all, for 100 connectors platform-wide. Every one hits that provider’s own live API; none are a coming-soon placeholder.

Quiq Flow launches

Quiq Flow. A real drag-and-drop workflow canvas and execution engine connecting QuiQSol to 89+ real external apps (HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, Shopify, Slack, Google Sheets, GitHub, Zoom, and more), each authenticated with your own API key or token, no OAuth app to register for most.

Ticketed events, RSVP, and co-hosting

Quiq Meetings. Run a webinar or launch as a real public event, not just a 1:1 booking: invite co-hosts and moderators, export the attendee list as a CSV, and issue every registrant a downloadable ticket PDF.

A bigger, easier-to-scan app drawer

Platform. Application icons and labels in the workspace launcher are larger and easier to pick out at a glance, especially as the number of QuiQSol apps keeps growing.

August 2026

Quiq Meetings launches

Quiq Meetings. Booking pages, a native video room, and two-way Google/Microsoft calendar sync: scheduling that’s finally connected to your CRM data instead of a separate tool bolted on. Every booked meeting lands on the right Contact, Lead, Deal, or Ticket automatically.

AI Meeting Intelligence

Quiq Meetings. On Growth plans, every recorded call gets an AI-generated summary, action items, and sentiment automatically once the transcript is ready, the same Quiq Intelligence engine already powering ticket triage.

Live polls in meetings

Quiq Meetings. Launch a poll mid-call and watch results update live for everyone on the call, saved to the meeting record so you can review them afterward.

Social Intelligence, rebuilt from the ground up

Social Intelligence. Connect Facebook, Instagram, and Threads for automatic listening and sentiment on every comment, real cross-platform reporting down to a single post, AI recommendations computed from your own data, automatic alerts for viral posts and sentiment shifts, and a full content calendar to compose, schedule, and publish.

July 2026

QuiQSol Workspace, redesigned

Platform. The full application launcher is now available right from the header. No extra click to see everything QuiQSol offers.

A cleaner, flatter QuiQSol

Design. A refreshed visual identity across the whole platform: one primary green, true black and white, and a consistent look for every button, badge, and card.

Full authentication overhaul

Security. Forgot password, email verification, and session-timeout handling are now fully built out, not placeholders.

June 2026

A/B testing for campaigns

Campaigns. Split-test subject lines and content, then automatically send the winning variant to the rest of your audience.

Approval workflows

Campaigns. Require sign-off before a campaign sends, with a full audit trail of who approved or rejected it, and why.
