QuiQSol gives you five ways in. All of them act on one workspace, and all of them respect the permissions you set.
Which one should I use?
| You want to | Use |
|---|---|
| Read contacts and tickets, or create leads, contacts and companies from your own code | REST API |
| Keep a core system (policy admin, ERP, LMS) in sync both ways | Integrations and webhooks |
| Let Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor work in your workspace | MCP server |
| Script QuiQSol from a terminal or CI | CLI |
| Connect other apps without code | Zapier |
How do I authenticate?
With an API key from Settings, Developer Platform, sent as Authorization: Bearer <key>. AI assistants sign in with OAuth instead and you approve what they can do. See Authentication and API keys.
Where is the machine-readable contract?
The OpenAPI 3 specification is at quiqsol.com/openapi.json.
Are there limits?
Yes, 300 requests per 15 minutes on the public API, the MCP server and the agent tools. See Rate limits.
