Every workspace starts with a 7-day free trial. Plans are priced per seat, with a 2-seat minimum, and you pay in Naira or US dollars through Paystack. Naira prices are before 7.5% VAT. Annual plans bill 11 months for 12.

How is the price calculated?
Seats multiplied by the per-seat price of your plan. Starter is ₦26,999 or $19 per seat per month and Growth is ₦38,999 or $25 per seat per month, with a 2-seat minimum. There are no setup fees and no per-app add-ons.
Is VAT included in the prices?
Prices are shown before tax. In Naira, 7.5% VAT is added at checkout and shown separately on your estimate, your Billing page, and your receipt. US dollar prices are the full amount billed, with no VAT added.
Can I add or remove seats later?
Yes, from your Billing page, and every seat is priced the same way, whether it is your third or your thirtieth. On US dollar plans the difference is charged or credited pro rata straight away.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans bill 11 months up front for 12 months of access, so one month is free. For example, a Growth seat is ₦428,989 per year instead of ₦467,988, or $275 instead of $300.
Is there a free trial?
Every workspace starts with a 7-day free trial for 2 users. No credit card is required to start, and you add more people when you choose your plan.
How many marketing emails can I send?
Growth includes 150,000 marketing emails a month across campaigns and automations, and the free trial includes 1,000 a month so you can try real sends. Enterprise allowances are agreed with you. Sending also pauses automatically if bounces or spam complaints climb, to protect your email reputation.
Which plan includes WhatsApp CRM and Marketing?
Growth and Enterprise. Growth includes every live QuiQSol application: WhatsApp CRM, Marketing, Automation, Cold Outreach, Analytics, Social Intelligence, Forms, Surveys, Projects, and Invoices, on top of everything in Starter.
When should we choose Enterprise?
From 25 users, or when you need custom roles and permissions, unlimited AI and outreach volume, 500 GB of storage, and a dedicated success manager. Enterprise starts at ₦1,749,975 or $899 per month and is agreed with our sales team.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Every paid plan comes with a 14-day refund: ask within 14 days of any payment, monthly or annual, and we refund it in full. You can also cancel any time from your Billing page, and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
How do we pay?
From your workspace's Billing page, in Naira or US dollars. Both are processed securely by Paystack, by card in either currency and by bank transfer or USSD in Naira. Enterprise terms are agreed directly with our sales team.
