Go to Settings, Recycle Bin.
What goes in the Recycle Bin?
Contacts, deals, leads and tickets you delete. They leave every list and report but are not gone yet.
How do I restore something?
Click Restore. The record goes back where it was, with its history.
How do I delete something for good?
Click Delete forever and confirm. This cannot be undone, and it is recorded in the Audit log.
Who can delete records?
People whose role has delete permission on that area. See Roles and permissions.
