Quiq Flow reaches outside QuiQSol, to HubSpot, Shopify, Stripe, Slack and the rest of your stack. Quiq Automation keeps a workflow inside QuiQSol. They share one engine and one canvas.

Open Flow from the Apps menu.

1. Connect an app

Paste a personal API key, access token or app password you generate in your own account with that provider. Most connectors need no app registration. Salesforce and the Google and Microsoft connectors use each provider's own sign-in instead. Credentials are encrypted at rest, scoped to your workspace and used only when your flow runs.

2. Pick a trigger

Start a flow from a QuiQSol event, a schedule, or an inbound webhook.

3. Drag in the steps

Drag connector actions, branches, delays and subflows onto the canvas and connect them. Fill in each step's fields.

Add an AI step with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral or Perplexity on your own API key to draft a reply, sort a message into a category, or pull details out of an email, then pass the result to the next step. ElevenLabs turns text into speech saved to your Drive.

4. Publish and watch it run

Publish the flow. Every run is logged with its full history, so you can see which step failed and why.

Which apps can I connect?

106 connectors: 95 third-party apps across AI, CRM, payments, commerce, messaging and productivity, plus 11 native QuiQSol actions (CRM, Help Desk, Marketing, Invoices, Cold Outreach, Meetings, Social, Calendar, Slack and Mailbox). The full list is on the Quiq Flow page.

How do I send events into a flow?

Publish a flow with a webhook trigger to get its address and secret. Send JSON with the secret in a header, or sign the body with HMAC-SHA256 for stronger proof. Make a new secret at any time and the old one stops working at once.

What if an app is not on the list?

Call any URL from a flow, or wait for one to call in. A service without a native connector is never a dead end.
