Setting up Quiq Surveys

1. Create a survey

Go to QuiQ Surveys → All Surveys. Start from a template, the built-in NPS (Net Promoter Score) template is ready to use as-is, or create a blank survey and name it.

2. Add your questions

Build out the question list in the builder canvas, same field-based approach as Forms.

3. Publish it

Click Publish when it's ready to go out.

4. Share it

Click Share on a published survey for a direct link or an inline embed code: the same link QuiQ Help Desk's monthly NPS survey uses when you connect one under Help Desk settings.

5. Read the responses

Go to Responses in the sidebar for every individual answer, or a survey's own Analytics view for aggregated results.
